Awesome work at the Maelstrom today!

Thanks to @sierra_m_m_a and @amirallam10p for putting on a great show with a fun ruleset, and thanks to everyone who showed up and participated!

And congratulations to all the Colossal athletes who fought today. We had experienced athletes display a strong submission game across multiple divisions, and newer competitors hit their first ever submission, first ever tournament, and complete their biggest bracket ever! We're proud of everyone who stepped on the mats for a match today!

Hope to be back for the next one! by @colossalfightco

One of the best parts of building a team are the relationships that flourish because of the shared time on the mats!

We've been privileged to watch some of our kids go from elementary school and white belts to high school graduates and blue belts; we've watched them grow and mature into young adults and take the lessons from jiu jitsu about discipline and doing hard things into their real lives.

We've had adults from all walks of life come together and dedicate themselves to a shared passion, build trust and skill together, and become some of our closest friends - and then invite their own children to become part of the team!

Jiu jitsu is enjoyable, but being part of a team is meaningful! by @colossalfightco

Congrats to the team that competed at @grapplingindustries today!

We got second overall in adults with 6 competitors; had multiple kids and adults compete for their first time ever; and Liam competed because it was what he wanted to do most on his birthday!

We love having a team that loves to test themselves, and will improve because we do hard things!

See you all Monday to get back at it! by @colossalfightco
