This is why I wanted parquet flooring in my house. Until we moved out of my family home last year I had no interest. But when my dad installed it in bettystown I was instantly more relaxed there and at home. My brain associates the pattern with where I grew up and I love that I was able to recreate this in my first home. It's all the better that I've been working with my dad and we've had such a laugh. I cannot wait for this to be finished but I have no doubt I'll be working with my dad on future projects as well... if he doesn't quit on me 😂

Hi guys! I thought it was about time I reintroduced myself and shared the story of why I started painting in the first place. I'm always so fascinated by why people are into the hobbies they are passionate about so its a lot if fun looking back and realising why I'm sitting in every night painting rainbows 😂😂 why do you paint ? Or if you have any other weird and wonderful hobbies I'd love to know how you got into them?? My recent obsession is UFC, I got into it in the first lockdown when my boyfriend was watching it and now I'm obsessed !

Next time someone asks the dreaded question.. 'why'd you paint that?' Send them this. That will shut them up. An original song, lyrics by me, music by my talented boyfriend.

His life's pretty good so far. I've been trapped with worse views though really enjoying spending time in his room with him. #babyroom #mycolourfupcycle #retrostripes @mycolourfulupcycle by @colourfulsaz

Room reveal with an unexpected womb reveal !😂 Baby River arrived early just in time for mothers day 🥰🥰 on the day @phoneboxman hung the shelves and the room was finished, how about that for timing 😂 He obviously wanted to wait until his Palace was complete 👶🤴 Hormones are wild, I've never been so tired and sick all at once and yet I'm so happy 🥰😂

Putting the final touches on the baby's room.
My Dad hung the shelf I upcycled and I set up this little reading nook as well. Wait until you see it with Winnie and friends all hanging out being cute. I thought my husband was mad wanting to store big winnie the pooh teddies we found but totally worth it hahah
