Peep - Guardian of Restless Sleepers

Some monsters hide under the bed. Peep hides beside it. His strange smile keeps bad dreams at bay, making room for peaceful sleep and brighter mornings.

Sprocket - Guardian of Momentum

He can’t stand stalled energy. Plans half-built? He nudges them forward. People overthinking? He quietly removes just enough friction to get the first step taken. Not fast. Not flashy. Just unstoppable in small increments.

He doesn’t finish things for you. That’s not his job. He gently encourages and you from the sidelines.

Guardian of Hopeful Gardeners

Bix believes every garden begins with hope.

With optimism in his heart, he quietly watches over every seed tucked into the earth. He knows not every flower will bloom, not every vegetable will thrive, and not every season goes as planned—but he also knows that every gardener plants with hope.

When you care for something with patience and love, Bix is never far away, gently reminding you that the most beautiful things take time.

Guardian of Adventures

Oren has never met a wrong turn he didn’t

When someone is standing at the edge of something new—whether it’s a road trip, a new home, a first date, or a leap of faith—Oren gives them the tiniest nudge forward.

He knows the best adventures rarely begin with a perfect plan.

Kiln Reveal - This is the last firing before Market today in Pitt Meadows.

I am very happy with the results despite a Kiln Casualty - One of the monsters suffered a broken horn but I know why it happened so I can try to avoid that in the future. It was a lucky break and the horn fused to a kiln cookie and not the shelf! Happy Day! by @colourfultidbits

Magnet Madness

I decided to try my hand at making magnets.

I used cookie cutters to cut the forms, once dried, I painted them black and wiped back the paint so the black outline remained.

After the bisque fire I used 2 oz applicator bottles to apply the glaze to each magnet. I am really happy with the experience, I’ve learned a lot and I really like some of these cuties. Available on Canada Day - Artisan Alley - Pitt Meadows July 1 from 9am - 2pm The event is rain or shine by @colourfultidbits

These are slab built, one of a kind mugs. Some of these will make wonderful soup mugs they are so large.

The texture is created with a hand carved roller I made from clay.

Once the texture is applied to the slab I form the mug & handle.
