I didn’t start this journey because I had it all figured out.

I started because I was tired of looking in the mirror and knowing I could be better.

I’ve gone from being unhappy with how I looked, to completely changing my body, my habits, my mindset, and the way I live.

And the biggest thing I learned?

You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to have unlimited time.
You don’t need to know exactly what you’re doing.

You just need a plan, consistency, and someone in your corner.

That’s exactly why I’m starting this page.

I want to help people who are where I once was — people who want to get in shape, feel confident, build muscle, lose fat, and become the strongest version of themselves.

This transformation changed more than my body.

Now I want to help it change yours.
