Teen 2 National Champion 🥇
4th in the Open
720kg/1587lbs total in 82.5kg class

Squat: 290kg / 640lbs
Bench: 175 kg / 385lbs
Dead: 255 kg / 562 lbs
7/9 on all attempts

Had to change the plan a couple times, but never changed the goal. Even though prep for this meet had a ton of things go wrong I put everything I had towards my training, and I’m happy I put to have put up some of my best numbers yet. Hopefully this is the first of many, coming back with a vengeance for those open titles.

Massive thanks to @_carter_w__ for helping me prep for the meet even though I’m not happy that you benched more than my squat. Insanely patient with all my bs, couldn’t have done it without you. Another huge thanks to @cabeslifts for the best wraps I’ve ever had in my life and helping me win my first national meet. I’d also like to thank all my friends and training parters at Progressive Overload Dallas, without that atmosphere and support I wouldn’t be were I am today.
