The number one staple of training in terms of clothing has always been the short sleeve shirt.

Tournament shirts, martial arts team shirts, gym shirts. The simple short sleeve shirt is a staple in the combat community.

It was only right to start with a line of short sleeved shirts. Something that represents combatants. Something that has withstood generations of combat training.

Got the chance to show technique for checking calf kicks. There are two main variations, both having a different purpose.
.
One planted check for anticipated calf kicks intended to damage your opponent, the other lifted check to allow the kick to miss.
.
Having utilized these two techniques in competition, I can say both are useful. by @combatcollective_cc
