Another busy week but only 750 miles of driving.

Caught up with the poshest guy I know.

Pals came down to do handstands.

Had a box of tea cakes as I slept at the unit coupled with a GSN meal which was actually quite nice.

First ever dunkin doughnuts, it was ok. Nothing wild.

Saw an old friend, been 7 maybe 8 years! But power of social media always kept up with his business, mega to see him thriving.

Did a seminar.

Had breakfast.

Watched the men tear up Polaris.

Good week 🫡 by @combatfuelbez

Generally just a sweaty, asthma looking guy in cool pyjamas. by @combatfuelbez

It’s no hidden secret that I like struggle cuddling other men in pyjamas.

If you train, or not and want to compete then strongly urge you to come along. Competing is wicked fun and it’s a tenner. Plus it supports @reorgcharity too.

Nothing to loose for a wicked experience!

“Being on my knees with things in my mouth is just like being in the military again but we are not naked”.

Imagine if we had a HR department.

Well we don’t so that settles that.

Fun day 🤌🏻

This week I realised that I do in fact have a WTF face.

Looked at a mini electric car. I didn’t really fit.

Went for lunch with Rachie and her family.

Got the cameras flipped and I got interviewed.

Saw a shorter person than me.

Pointed at a patch in the HQ.

Busy old few days, as always. Many happys.

Got to share the special day with one of my closest mates @one__more__rep__ never thought we’d see the day but awesome to see him and Callie so genuinely happy 💙

Did some more podcasts @tcm.visual

My Rachel and all the miles covered with her, sharing events and @combatfuel as always. Her birthday and having almost a whole day off.

Conquering my irrational fear of picnics.

See two of my clients twinning.

Confirming delivery drivers mostly don’t care so need cameras.

Finally being reminded multiple times by good friends how special Combat Fuel is, the products and community are something incredible.

Big love 🙌🏻 by @combatfuelbez

Proper aflete, but seriously not many shows look after their competitors this well.

Brilliantly well run event, genuine thought and care combined with some wicked performances 🙌🏻💪🏻🫡 by @combatfuelbez

Got the win on @grapplemaxuk by arm bar 🥇

We have phenomenal athletes within Combat Fuel, they inspired me to start competing. Now on a big show, what an honour 🙏🏻

Got my blue belt 4 weeks ago, made weight then fuelled up with oats, cyclic dextrin, hydrate and of course optimise prior to help get dialled in 🫡
