If you've been following our journey, then you have witnessed our shift firsthand. Combcutters very much feels like an ever growing and expanding piece of us that we get to share with You. These last few years we have dared to dream bigger. We've been emboldened to create the things we want to see for our loved ones and ourselves - through bees! All of our work up until now has brought us Here. A brand new phase where we get to engage in an exchange of ideas, surrounding our bee world. We do not exist, nor create in a vacuum, nor are we monoliths. We're so very proud to have You join us as we continue to connect the dots, dive deeper, and nestle in nuance. Welcome to the Combcutters Patre0n! Link in bio to sign up 🌻 by @combcutters

Help us fill this bingo board to reach our fundraising goal & send 6 Palestinian beekeepers to an international beekeeping conference by sponsoring a dinner for a night, covering the cost of transportation for one beekeeper, or pitch in towards shared housing costs for all! We'll be updating the board & posting to our stories regularly, so keep an eye out to follow along and check the collective process. Grateful to everyone who has donated or shared so far, and so inspired by the individual fundraisers that are being organized to support this campaign! Send funds to @combcutters on venmo, or combcutters@gmail.com on paypal or zelle. by @combcutters

Two weeks since the Sea Grape Jelly Workshop already! We've been wanting to teach canning workshops for awhile, so sea grape season was a perfect opportunity to try it out. We ate sea grapes, made jelly, canned, discussed food sovereignty, canning as power, ethics of foraging & more. Everyone went home with a jar of jelly. Grateful for everyone that came and contributed to the conversations, & looking forward to the next one! Who here wants a second round of the sea grape jelly workshop? Who wants to try out canning other things? Who has canned before? Let us know in the comments; we want to hear from you! by @combcutters

We are fundraising to get our Palestinian colleagues to the 16th International Conference of the Arab Beekeepers Union in Jordan! We want to cover all costs, including conference registration fees, travel, food & housing for 4 to 6 Palestinian beekeepers!  We firmly believe that beekeeping is directly linked to sovereignty & liberation in Palestine. Supporting Palestinian beekeepers' ability to present research, connect with academics & practitioners in their field, and increase access to beekeeping knowledge & expertise directly counters the ongoing ecocide, attacks on food sovereignty AND scholasticide that Palestinian communities face.  DESPITE it all, our friends remain steadfast, growing their apiaries, and continue to inspire us with the knowledge, experiences, and understanding that they alone can share. Send funds to @combcutters for venmo or combcutters@gmail.com for zelle or paypal. by @combcutters

Volunteers needed! At Cerasee Farm in Liberty City every Saturday & Sunday this month! Check @urbangreenworks recent posts about the details for each weekend, but DO make time to come by at least once! Cerasee Farm, if you haven't been there before is a thriving community-led space in the middle of Liberty City, that we love for its transformative nature - it is always shapeshifting, growing, changing; it feels the opposite of stagnant - so alive! Come help Cerasee transform again, as we move from hot dormant season to planting/growing season! by @combcutters
