7 months ago, I embarked on a completely new journey that I never imagined would change my life forever. May 3 2023 - I hopped on the mic at @caztrainingclub and taught my FIRST EVER group fitness class…boy was that nerve wracking. I knew everyone from taking class with them, but now I was on the other side and leading them through the workout.

Fast forward to today - Dec 24 2023 (Christmas Eve) and I teared up seeing that I FINALLY sold out my class during my week of programming…talk about THE BEST EARLY CHRISTMAS GIFT🥹 It’s been the most amazing growth experience and I can’t say thank you enough for the support EVERYONE has shown me🫶🏼

2023 - You’ve shown me the power in releasing control of what I want and surrendering to God’s Will. I can’t want to see what He has in store for me in 2024✨

Day One or One Day…

today marks 500 classes at the place I call my second home @caztrainingclub 🫶🏼

life has an interesting way of placing you where you need to be. if you would have told me 18 months ago that I was gonna embark on this fitness journey and eventually become a coach, I would have laughed and said “no way”

to my amazing friends @jakegagain @thezoghbiphoto - thank you for introducing me to a community that elevates me everyday. ya’ll are real ones🤝🏼
