We always talk about wanting people to keep their word, but how often do we stop and ask ourselves if we’re keeping ours?

Because let’s be real… it’s easy to say we’re going to do something when everything is going good. But what happens when following through becomes uncomfortable? When it requires sacrifice? Or when we simply don’t feel like doing it anymore?

And that’s where integrity comes in.

On this episode we’re talking about integrity, accountability, and being honest about whether our actions actually match what comes out of our mouths.

Because we can’t keep expecting people to stand on their word if we’re not willing to stand on ours.

Sometimes we can get so caught up listening to the people around us that we forget to stop and ask God what He’s saying. And just because someone means well, loves us, or sounds like they know what they’re talking about doesn’t mean their direction is the direction God has for us.

On this episode, we’re talking about discernment, influence, and making sure we’re not following people so closely that we lose sight of the One we’re actually supposed to be following.

I think sometimes we wait until we’re already in the middle of the battle to start praying.

We wait until the temptation hits. We wait until we’re overwhelmed. We wait until we’re tired, discouraged, frustrated, or just spiritually drained… and THEN we’re like, “God, help me.”

But what if we stopped waiting until we were weak?

On this episode it’s about being intentional with prayer, staying spiritually alert, and building your relationship with God before the battle comes—not just when you’re already in it.

Because sometimes the best time to prepare for the fight is when you’re not fighting yet.

Everybody’s got something to say… but is it from God?

Just because somebody has an opinion, a word, advice, or even something that sounds spiritual doesn’t automatically mean it came from God.

On this episode, we’re learn how to discern the voice of God from our own feelings, other people’s opinions, and everything else fighting for our attention.

Because the question isn’t just, “Does this sound good?”

The question becomes “is this from God?”

I’ve been thinking… we always talk about making room for God, but what are we actually making room for?

What are we allowing to take up space in our hearts, our minds, our time, and even our relationships?

Because sometimes we say we want more of God, but we’re still making room for things that are taking us further away from Him. And whew… that’s something we have to be honest about.

In this episode, we are really checking and asking, “What am I making room for, and does it actually line up with what I’m asking God for?”

Maybe it’s time to make some room.

That fight between your flesh and your spirit? Yeah, it gets REAL

Sometimes we talk about temptation like it’s just about the thing in front of us, but what about the battle happening inside of us?

What are we feeding? What are we giving power to? And most importantly… who’s winning the fight?

On this episode, we’re talking about temptation, the flesh, the Spirit, and being honest about the battles we don’t always talk about.

Because if we keep feeding one side, eventually it’s going to show.

I’ve been thinking about how powerful our desires really are. Because the things we really desire don’t just stay desires… eventually, they lead somewhere.

Sometimes we have to be honest with ourselves and ask, “Where is this desire taking me?” Is it bringing me closer to God, or is it slowly pulling me away from Him?

In this episode, we’re talking about temptation, desire, and recognizing that what we allow to grow in our hearts can eventually show up in our actions.

Not every desire deserves to be followed.

You ever been convicted about something and instead of receiving the correction, you start beating yourself up over it?

You messed up. You know you messed up. God showed you that you messed up. But now you’re sitting in shame, feeling like you’ve disappointed Him so badly that you don’t even know how to come back.

But conviction and condemnation are NOT the same thing.

Conviction says, “This needs to change.”

Condemnation says, “You can’t change.”

And there’s a difference.

On this episode we’re talking about learning to recognize when God is correcting you versus when shame is trying to make you believe you’re too far gone.

I’ve learned that God isn’t in a rush. Sometimes He’ll start with something small—not because He can’t do more, but because He’s teaching us to trust Him before He trusts us with more.

The truth is, we all want the big prayers, the big opportunities, and the big blessings. But what if the season you’re in right now is exactly where God is growing your faith?

In this episode, I’m giving you a reminder that just because it started small doesn’t mean it’ll stay that way. Don’t overlook what God is building simply because it doesn’t look the way you expected.

Because you can’t say God is Lord and still let your flesh call all the shots.
