Honestly, Dallas delivered. 😂🌲👣

Bigfootstock was exactly the kind of wonderfully weird day we hoped it would be—live music rolling from the stage all day, great people, plenty of sightings, good food, and apparently a little romance in the woods. 🎶❤️

Thank you to everyone who stopped by The Comfort Cart, grabbed some comfort food, checked out our Bigfoot specials, or just wandered past the window looking suspiciously hairy.

POSTCARD #22 • Totally Worth the Miles 🥔💛

Ontario, you were one heck of a road trip — and one heck of a Tater Tot Festival.

We rolled in with a yellow truck, a whole lotta potatoes, and absolutely no idea we'd end up serving 500+ POUNDS OF TOTS. 😳

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the window, waited through the rushes, shared a laugh with us, and helped make this slightly unhinged adventure one we'll be talking about for a long time.

Turns out comfort food travels pretty darn well. 💛

Summer’s last hurrah looked a little more like fall in Banks. ☁️🍂

A chilly Oregon day didn’t stop this community from coming out to Greenville City Park for the End of Summer celebration — and apparently it was a breakfast kind of day, because you all kept us BUSY at that griddle. 😂🍳

From kickoff to lights out. 🏈✨

We opened the window with the field under an Oregon morning sky and closed it with the stadium lights shining back at us. Somewhere in between came a whole lot of football, food, familiar faces, and one very full day at Nelson.

Some stops are about more than where you end up. 💛

We pointed the big yellow truck toward Mill City, followed the road through the mountains, and found another little corner of Oregon kind enough to welcome us in.

Thank you to Mill City Farmers Market and everyone who stopped by the window, grabbed some comfort food, or simply came over to say hello. We loved getting to spend the morning with you.

Turns out the road trips are becoming part of the adventure, too.

Turns out comfort food pairs pretty well with Oregon rain. ☔️🍷

A huge thank you to Pheasant Run Winery for having us out in Aurora. The weather may have sent us scrambling for cover, but the wine was pouring, the food was hot, the music was fantastic and it still made for a pretty lovely Oregon evening.

Market mornings just feel like Canby. 💛

We spent Saturday tucked in among the tents at the Canby Farmers Market, serving up comfort food and soaking up one of those beautiful late-summer mornings that makes us pretty darn lucky to call this community home.

And an extra thank you to the Canby Farmers Market for welcoming us back. ❤️ Our first year has come with plenty of learning as we find our footing, and a little grace along the way means more to this tiny business than you probably know.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the window, grabbed a bite, said hello, and supported all the small businesses filling the market.
