The truth is, we all know what we need to do. We just keep finding reasons to do it tomorrow.

This process has made sense of a lot for us. It’s challenged us, tested us, and made us confront the things we’d rather avoid.

But most importantly we hope it touches you.

📍 Pull up this Saturday. Kill comfort.

1. Warm-up — 5 sets

* 50 pull-ups
* 50 dips
* 50 chest-to-floor burpees

2. Bodyweight circuit — 5 sets

* Push-ups — 30 seconds
* Alternate lunges — 30 seconds
* Squat jumps — 30 seconds
* Burpees — 30 seconds
* Star jumps — 30 seconds

3. circuit

1. Push-ups × 15
2. Slow eccentric push-ups — slow down, explode up
3. Pike push-ups × 15 each side
4. Push-ups to plank × 15
5. Dead bug or hollow hold — 1 minute

Keep everything smooth. No grinding. Quality over ego.
