There was a time when I thought 39 was sooo old! Now that I've turned 39 and my body hasn't completely failed me and my skincare routine is still on point, I'm just grateful and looking forward to turning 40 next year. Turns out my 20s were meant to teach me lessons and my 30s served to help me find my stride. I recently wrote on my blog about the 8 hobbies that helped me rewire my brain and be more intentional about the way I live and care for myself, so I wanted to share those with you all.

My word of the year is evolve, and evolve I have. This year I wanted to discover something new. I wanted to taste something new, travel somewhere new, and start a new venture. Turns out, everything is possible and I'm proud of myself for letting go of the fear and seizing the opportunities.

✨ Come explore the stunning Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca! 🇲🇦 This imposing mosque has the tallest minaret, standing at a majestic 689 ft(210 meters) with a laser pointing towards Mecca. With its beautiful seaside location and intricate design, it’s a true masterpiece of Moroccan architecture! It even features heated floors, electric doors, an excessive amount of built-in speakers, a spa, and a retractable roof that opens in minutes. Naturally, I covered up before going in. A beautiful walk down La Cinta Costera (Coastal Beltway). This 7 km recreation area stretches along Panama Bay from Casco Viejo/Antigua to Zona Moderna de Paitilla. Gardens, bike paths, sports areas, and the best seafood restaurants... its a perfect way to enable the city to get outside. You can't help but to take in the views of the Pacific Ocean from any building you enter.

As someone who travels with her stomach, La Tapa del Coco was a gift. Listed at 61 on the Best Restaurants in Latin America, it properly highlights Afro-Panamanian cuisine and culture. Chef Isaac Villaverde not only provides delicious food, but educates you along the way.

Our final semi-finalist and current World Cup champions, Argentina! This large country is not just Buenos Aires. From the tropical Iguazu Falls, the world's largest waterfall system, to the frigid Patagonia, it's perfect for nature lovers that want to challenge themselves. It was difficult to pack for this one since the environments were vastly different.

Did you know that paella was invented in Valencia?

Valencia, Spain is one of the most beautiful cities I have been to and I've been lucky enough to visit several times. From the magical spectacle that is Las Fallas to the laid back beach life, I've never understood why it doesn't get as much love around the world as cities such as Madrid, Barcelona and Sevilla.

As I'm working through my favorite destinations, this one had to be highlighted. New post on my blog where I detail 15 recommendations on what to do on your next visit. My personal favorite highlights are:
