Some people mistakenly believe that it is possible to live without fences without setting boundaries for oneself or for others.

Isolation is a personal choice for everyone.
People usually think that a fence is needed on the outside, because everything most terrifying lies out there, beyond the borders of your home. But as I grow and change, I realize that the person I want to fence myself off from is me. After all, we cause the greatest damage to ourselves.
I proclaim internal fences! Build them, but do not cut off too much of yourself.
As for all those know-it-alls who think everything can be „worked through“ in a therapy session—send them packing. No, not everything. Some things stay with us forever. Certain parts of our being are inseparable from who we are. But we can place them behind a fence. We can observe them, remember them, and never forget that they are us and we are them.
Just not today. Rather, somewhere long ago—yesterday. Or somewhere ahead in the future.
Stay safe with your internal fences, boundaries, and whatever makes you feel comfortable. Build! Want walls and rooms? Go right ahead. Perhaps a planetarium where every star is named after your achievements? Or a cinema showing endless retrospectives about yourself?
Equip your inner fortress. Everyone decides for themselves which purchase is more important—we all have different priorities (traumas).
For me, it is a fence. Thank God, at least this cottage does not require a mortgage.

Musical Object “Shell”
2026
Glass

Song: Lullaby — Arkady Ostrovsky
Vocals: Daria Ryzhova
@fille_verismo

The shell does not preserve the sound of the sea, but the memory of ourselves. A familiar lullaby becomes a repetitive gesture that does not literally bring childhood back, but opens a space where past and present coexist. Repetition is not used as nostalgia, but as a way to briefly suspend time, listen to one’s inner voice, and recover a sense of safety.

Excerpt from the thesis:

“I think everyone remembers the moment when you hold a large seashell to your ear and think you can hear the sea. That sound is soothing and even brings a certain sense of relief. Ironically, however, this sound seems to be nothing more than the echo of something that already exists within us.
That’s exactly why my “seashell” had to make a sound—with a lullaby that played every evening after a children’s show on TV. A ritual that marked the end of the day for me and, at the same time, the assurance that a new one was coming.
I believe that the mere fact that singing can calm a person—and that there is an entire genre dedicated to helping people fall asleep—already speaks volumes. Perhaps repetition calms us not because it truly brings back what is lost, but because it gives us, at least for a brief moment, the feeling of returning to ourselves.” by @comiss.n

If it were possible to make a playlist out of the “original audios,” it would be my favorite.

The project «The weight of patience»
is dedicated to the Russian sentence .
When our patience is at an end we saying : «That was
my last drop!» And I wondered
how many drops there were before
and how important they are and that we
without knowing the previous history, the
the fatality of the last one.
can feel. And I decided to make hundreds
of the penultimate drops,
to test my patience.
