Chris Ware exhibit at @cartoonlibrary
Incredible!
I’ve seen his originals before, but I was still shocked at how large he works. The meticulous attention to detail in this exhibit is impressive and pure Ware.
More to come from the library and the Ware exhibit! by @comix_elitist

Got these from @cartoonistivanbrunetti at the 2006 SDCC. On the Introduction, you can see where he made some edits to the letters that most people probably wouldn’t have changed. Attention to detail! Also, I think I bought the only 2 cartoons from this book that I could display publicly! 😂 by @comix_elitist

Theo and I went to see the Tune by @plymptoons at @paristheaternyc last night. It was a lot of fun! There was a Q&A with Bill and co-writer Maureen McElheron. Actor Daniel Neiden was also in attendance. Bill then met with the audience and drew a sketch for anyone who wanted one. Also, he had cels for sale. What a night! by @comix_elitist

EDIT: SOLD! Kim Jung Gi 2018 Sketch Collection signed with an original sketch! If your name happens to be Jeremy, it’s personalized, too! Asking $500. I’ve seen them sell for $600. Two recently sold on eBay for $250 and $414, and I think this sketch is better than any of those.

When I got this sketch at the 2018 SDCC, Joe Jusko came up and watched Gi sketch and introduced himself. It’s fun to see artists I like get inspired by other artists I like! by @comix_elitist
