We’ve come a long long way together - ‘Praise you, Jonny Heyes (co-founder) 2023’
We’ve come a hell of a way since 2010 when this photo (left) was taken and last week our kitchen received its latest evolution.
Simply put, when we started doing Nell’s in 2019 we never expected it to take off like it did. Fast forward to 2023 and our original kitchen simply wasn’t doing the job anymore. We needed a bigger space and a bigger oven to be able to keep up with demand and offer consistency and speed of service during the height of peak times. Not to mention giving our amazing kitchen staff a nicer place to work. That old kitchen was hot! 🔥

So that’s what we’ve done. Better space, better oven, better kitchen. = Better, more consistent ‘za without the wait times. taken in Common by @common_bar

LOOK MUM WE MADE IT (nearly)
After 6 years of slinging NYC slices, from a window in our first bar to opening our own venues, we are chuffed to say we’re a finalist in the 2026 National Pizza Awards.

And it only felt right to put forward the OG, the hero, your favourite and ours, Do You Roni Honey? 🍕 It’s been on the menu since day one, it’s one of our bestsellers every year, and only a few know the meaning behind the name…

Now for our thank you speech. We wanna thank @dineoutmagazine, @llkpizzapros and @TABASCO for our spot in the finals 🏆 This pizza wouldn’t be as banging as it is without all our incredible suppliers @shiptonmill, @thecraftycheeseman_, @cobblelanecured, @littlewoodbutchers & @gandofoods, the best in the bizz

today is all about the pre-match rituals. the late night (early morning?) kick-off means there’s loads of time to train like the squad with pints, pizza & ice cream. then maybe have a nap before waking up for the 1am game…

score big with three lions gelato. creamy vanilla ice cream, loads of white lion bar pieces and topped with sprinkles.

look at that beauty. just as beautiful as Harry Kane’s performance
