I’m down to try anything that is different and unique. These dead ant wings were delicious. @cheffreyeats really is an artist when it comes to making flavor explosions. Aside from the dead ants, which I actually loved, the wings were cooked absolutely perfect. They had the perfect crisp on the outside and the meat was super tender. Y’all might think I’m crazy but this might be one of the best wings I’ve had. It’s hard to find a good quality wing these days. Absolutely loved this!

@cheffreyeats always makes a great burger but this one is definitely one of his top 3 best. Amazing flavors that all come together in perfect harmony, and like I said before, the meat is the first thing you taste. That’s the first thing I look for in a burger and Cheffrey knocks it out of the park. Flavor explosion with quality beef. Doesn’t get much better than that. Stop by and grab an Umami Bombee before they’re off the menu. This is a game changer for sure🤙.

That @hamburgerhouseparty was an amazing event and most definitely delivered. It doesn’t get better than having all the best burgers in one spot with some great brews, music, and treats. My personal top 3 favorite burgers were here and I was definitely happy to see them. What a great time with some good people and amazing burgers. Can’t wait for the next one 🤙.

I had no intention of making another video about the cornbread but when I tasted it I was left speechless. @throughthevineftl had the hands down best cornbread I have ever had and the crisp sea salt crust was perfect. This is definitely a must try and a game changer.

This is Jason Javans, the owner of @throughthevineftl and their chef @chefpaulpincus . Jason spent most of his career in banking and decided a year ago to flip the script and hop into the hospitality industry. He has always been a wine enthusiast and has a love for perfect pairings. Now, we all know how hard it is to keep track of Paul because he is like a ninja but I really feel like this is a good fit for him and he is doing some great things with the menu. Paul has been one of my favorite chef’s for years and I’m glad to see they have such a great thing going here. This is a perfect little local spot with some awesome vibes. Keep up the great work🤙.

So, “The Best Damn Grilled Cheese” from @throughthevineftl is truly amazing! However, I was wrong about the cheese. There is no Jack. It’s a blend of Muenster, provolone, and Gruyère on sour dough with rosemary-thyme. This really sets the bar with grilled cheese and biting into the sea salt on the bread was just a powerhouse of flavor. Also, the tomato soup really blew me away. Hands down best I’ve had. This is something everyone should try at lease once….. or twice.

🚨NEW BRUNCH SPOT🚨 @throughthevineftl has an awesome brunch with a chef taking things to new levels. Everything we had was amazing and the quality of the food blew me away. They have an extensive wine selection and a cozy little atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. I highly recommend the grilled cheese with tomato soup. It’s not your ordinary sando and the tomato soup will leave you speechless. Probably the best one I’ve ever had. Make sure you’re hungry because the portions are big. I honestly can’t wait to go back and try some other things.

If you’ve never had beef on weck I highly recommend giving it a try. This is the first time seeing it on a menu outside of Buffalo and they nailed it. It was done right and will likely me my go to sando whenever I’m at this brewery.

This is Chef Erick Melendez, the man behind all the amazing dishes at @brooklynchophousemiami . He was born in LA but raised in Miami and discovered his love for cooking at a very young age. He started by cooking in his mother’s kitchen preparing meals for family gatherings. After high school chef Erick moved back to LA where he attended The California School of Culinary Arts and started working in various restaurants. Chef Erick started as a dishwasher but with passion, persistence, and his education he moved his way up in the industry. After school he returned back to Miami where he really started to form his career as a chef and finally making his way to Brooklyn Chop House. Chef Erick is a genuine person who truly has a love for cooking and it really shows in his dishes. I’m really happy I had the opportunity to meet and talk with him. Good people are few and far between these days.

There’s a first time for everything and I was blown away with my first A5 experience. The flavor is out of this world and gave me a sensation I almost can’t explain. Definitely had a very rich and strong beef flavor and smell. It was super tender and literally melts in your mouth. @brooklynchophousemiami did an amazing job preparing this dish and I couldn’t be happier. I would order this anytime 🤙.

@brooklynchophousemiami is an absolute perfect blend of steakhouse and Asian cuisine. They will definitely have you fully immersed with all senses firing where food, drinks, music and culture all come together for a fine dining experience. Every dish we had was amazing! The Wagyu gyoza app was by far my favorite. The PAC man also had some very unique flavors. We had the American Wagyu filet and the Japanese A5 Wagyu ribeye. It was my first time experiencing A5 and I was blown away. Everything here even down to the sauces is made in house and you can really taste the quality. I also highly recommend the D.P. Margarita and the Numb and juicy cocktails. They were on point. We had an amazing experience here and we are definitely looking forward to coming back.
