We were lucky enough to host @coachbennett at @paceathletic house of Rec last Thursday for his Australian part of his Book tour.
“This is about Running. This is not about running”

First we ran.
Then we discussed everything from mindset to being an active part of the running community.
So many takeaways and learnings.
“Healing is a verb, action is needed”

Running shows us so much of who we are and with it we all can become better versions of ourselves.

The emotions, stories, laughter and lessons that came from this day will sit with all of us! Thank you coach.

Thank you Coach for your wisdom, your philosophies and most importantly your time. Your ability to sit with people and show up for the person in front of you despite lack of sleep or jet lag. You showed all of us what it means to be an active member of this community. Thank you. taken in Pace Athletic by @community_kyle

It’s happening!
Come join our launch run.
(Be gentle to us this is very much a trial 😂)

You’re invited to our founding event and we’re keen to host you all.

We will head off at 7:30am sharp for a lap of Rose Bay golf course. Roughly 7km.

It’s also Kyle’s birthday so come along this Saturday the 18th of July and celebrate with a run or join us around 8am for a post run coffee and bite.

Coffee will be going early and bagels fired up for any pre run snacks.

@pillarperformance are supporting us with goodies for every purchase this weekend.

Waffles will be on for post run!

Come be part of something new to running in Sydney and help build this with us.

With much love from Charlie and Kyle.

For every mate you tag and bring along we will love you even more. 🫶 taken in Rose Bay, New South Wales by @community_kyle
