Bahama Yellow met Signal Orange. The result got its own name 🧡💛🔥

This 1967 912 was reborn as a 911 S/T-style coupe by Kealoha Autosport — steel flares, a fiberglass ST valance, H4 headlights, a center-fill hood, and a custom paint mix the owner named Bahama Orange.

Under the decklid: a 3.0-liter flat-six with S cams, JE pistons, PMO carbs, and Carrera chain tensioners, paired to a five-speed rebuilt by Mark Kinninger of Kinninger Racing. Underneath: 911SC brakes, Bilstein HDs, turbo torsion bars, Elephant Racing camber plates, and aluminum trailing arms.

Inside, it's all business — Cobra Classic RS buckets, Perlon carpeting, lightweight door panels, a MOMO wheel, a 917-style shift knob, and stopwatches on the dash.

With its owner since 2017 and featured in Excellence in 2020. Now on @bringatrailer, offered by BaT Local Partner @compassracing on behalf of the owner. Auction ends 9/19. Link in bio 🔗

Ivory over tan, top down, nowhere to be 🧳

A Porsche 356 Speedster replica built by Vintage Speedsters of Hawaiian Gardens, California — fiberglass bodywork in Ivory, tan upholstery, brown square-weave carpeting, and a banjo-style wheel fronting a 120-mph speedo and an 8k tach.

Behind it: an air-cooled 2,110cc flat-four assembled in 2021, paired to a four-speed Freeway Flyer transaxle. Front and rear sway bars, Wilwood front discs installed in 2025, and 15″ wheels on Vredestein Sportrac 5s.

The details are the fun part — headlight guards, auxiliary driving lights, a rear luggage rack, dual exhaust outlets, removable soft top and side curtains, woven floor mats. Luggage included in the sale.

Acquired by the current owner in 2025 and now live on @bringatrailer, offered by BaT Local Partner Compass Racing on behalf of the owner. Auction ends 9/18.

Fantastic turn-out at San Diego Region’s @porscheclubofamerica annual Concours at @big_euro despite the rain. It was wonderful to see friends old and new and talk about best practices selling vehicles on @bringatrailer. Another one for the books. This 10k-mile 991.1 Carrera S Cabriolet just closed on @bringatrailer, and the market response says it all.

“The car is a beautiful low mileage 911 Cab with manual and looks NEW! I will need to adjust my opinion on where the market is for 991.1 cars, as it is obviously heading up as prices on this series of 911 continue to climb. The Goddess of Speed on full display 🩶 This stunning 1941 Packard One-Twenty Series 1901 Convertible Coupe is a time capsule and a head-turner. This piece of automotive history rolled off the Packard assembly line in Detroit the year prior to the plant being retooled to build wartime engines for WWII. It’s been a busy couple of months at Compass Racing Collective! Our new Palm Springs location is going strong while San Diego continues to kick it out of the park.

The month of May is always an exciting month for motorsports and it proved to be an equally exciting month in auction sales. We were pleased to represent three lovely Porsches including our first Singer Classic Porsche. A low-mileage 2001 Ferrari, a classic Land Cruiser and a one-owner MB GLS450 rounded out a strong month highlighting strength in a variety of market segments.

Every auction is unique. At Compass, each car receives the same high-level presentation and auction management, irrespective of value. Our May results highlight that fact. From a seven-figure Porsche to a one-owner Mercedes, we represent our client’s vehicles with authenticity, transparency and proactive engagement. The results speak for themselves.
