As the final rays of the autumn sun dipped below the horizon, the 2025 mountain bike photography season drew to a close. It was a year of dust, mud, and unforgettable moments captured through the lens, especially meaningful as it was my home season. From the adrenaline-fueled races to the serene backcountry trails, each click of the shutter told a story of human and machine against the backdrop of nature's raw beauty. Now, with the bikes cleaned and the cameras packed away, it's time to reflect on the adventures and start dreaming of the trails that await next season.

National Enduro Champs 2026

Killaloe, Co Clare was the place to be for the 2026 National Enduro Championships, and what a weekend it was.

A massive congratulations to Oran Finlay, taking the Under 17 National title.

This one means a lot.

It’s been hard earned, with plenty of hours on the bike, plenty of sacrifices and a massive amount of work behind the scenes. It’s also a huge family effort, and that commitment definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.

Oran has put the work in, kept pushing and delivered when it mattered.

Hard earned. Very much deserved.

National Champion. U17. 2026.

Huge credit to the @limerickmbc for putting on a fantastic event. Six cracking stages in an unbelievable venue. taken in Killaloe, County Clare by @competitive.clicks

🏆🇮🇪 Irish National Enduro Championships 2026 🇮🇪🏆

A weekend of flat-out racing, technical trails and some seriously fast riders at killaloe Forest, hosted by Limerick Mountain Bike Club. 🌲🚵‍♂️💨

From tight turns to rough, rocky sections, the racing was unreal from start to finish. Here are a few shots from the action 📸

What a weekend! 📸🚵‍♂️

I had the incredible opportunity to be invited by Hush MTB Festival to capture the action across the weekend. From the speed and technicality of the Downhill, to the endurance and grit of the Enduro, and the style and amplitude of the Whip-Off, every moment was packed with adrenaline.

A huge thank you to the Hush MTB team for inviting me to such a incredible event. It was class to photograph so many talented riders and be part of such an incredible atmosphere. Already looking forward to the next one! 🤘

Few snaps from @foylecup

3 days = 11 matches = to many hours of editing.

But I'll do it all again next year 🫣 by @competitive.clicks
