From warm-ups to recovery days, the design features an understated drop shoulder and a wider body to create the ideal drape for daily life.

Spun from fine Organic Brushed Cotton (140gsm), and then washed and dried in a two-step enzyme wash process, the ‘Daily Tee’ appears perfectly worn-in, with sensational comfort and hand-feel.

100% Cotton, grown and sewn in Portugal.

Available in a very limited run of ‘Washed Black’ and ‘Pewter Grey’ colourways.

Performance Tank - The first part of a training uniform constructed to feel like a technical silk, cropping naturally at the waist. Wider in the body. Targeted ventilation. A piece permissive of performance, without sacrificing the aesthetic.

Performance Cap - Lightweight headwear designed to compliment all head and face shapes. Laser perforated panelling to allow heat extraction during intense exercise or conditions.

Performance Sock - Built from a polyester-nylon blend, to provide elite compression and ventilation, without compromising durability. Woven branding down the ankle and across the toe box. Built for every occasion, from normal days to race days.

‘BUILDING BLOCKS’ is COMPOUND’s first training system, designed for those looking to build a foundation or strengthen an existing one.

The system has a heavy focus on compound (multi-joint) exercises to maximise strength, muscle gain and improve training awareness.

Both sessions, designed with optimal balance between upper and lower body volume and focus on the posterior chain to improve posture, are to be repeated 2-3 times per week.

The first step is always the hardest. This is why we are offering this system at no cost to those who may need it.
