AstroNot & The Alien have officially turned up the heat with their latest single, C.O.O.K., a track that blends hard-hitting hip-hop production with razor-sharp lyricism. From the moment the beat drops, you know you’re in for something special—crisp drums, and an undeniable knock that demands attention. It’s the kind of production that echoes the future sound of hip-hop.

Lyrically, C.O.O.K. is a masterclass in paying homage while standing tall in the present. AstroNot & The Alien lace the track with clever wordplay and sharp flows, making it clear that they’re here to elevate the art form. They tip their hats to hip-hop greats, acknowledging the foundation while proving they have the skills to build on it. The energy is relentless, and every bar serves a purpose—no filler, no fluff, just pure lyricism.

The hook is catchy without feeling forced, adding to the track’s undeniable replay value. This isn’t just a song; it’s a statement. AstroNot & The Alien are here to bring back substance in a time when watered-down flows are far too common.

If you’re a hip-hop head craving beats that slap and bars that actually mean something, C.O.O.K. needs to be on your playlist immediately. It’s raw, it’s real, and most importantly—it cooks.

Some cool candid moments. Went from idea to marketable product. I had a specific idea for a record, then @theartistgeo vocally brought it to life.

Next was to start programming a full laser show to enhance the energy with the purpose of doing this in a live environment. Once that rough draft is set, we could start running rehearsals to see how this idea would play out live. This is the part where you focus on the little details to make it special. Very few can get to this point and there’s still a lot to do, which includes bringing it to marketplace and seeing if the idea and vision resonates with an audience. We shall see and will share the process on what worked and what didn’t. Wish us luck.

Compound nights. Don’t Crumble.

Compound nights…. Started working with Elite 3 pro Laser. It’s dope and powerful and perfect for small to midsized venues.

Just figured out layering and blending and the basics of time coding. It’s only doper from here.

Working on a record I did with @theartistgeo. The goal is to bring it to life and enhance the overall purpose and message of the record with the live performance being the objective and allowing the audience to experience what we believe is the real energy.
