"Can we see your business plan?"

It’s one of the first things we ask. Usually we get a marketing plan. Or an Instagram schedule. Or a long pause. (We love the pause. That’s where the good conversations start.)

Think of it like a road trip:

Business plan → the destination.
Marketing plan → the route.
Tactics → the stops along the way.

No destination? A beautifully mapped trip to nowhere.
No route? Circling with a full tank.
