Hello to all you suffering from head colds, coughs and other respiratory illnesses.

I wanted to share a recipe that my mother gave me.

I really never measure anything but here I made about 6 cups which is 24 ounces.

Ingredients:
Garlic (I added 3 teeth)
Eucalyptus
Red onion
Raisins or ginger
Oregano, just a pinch
Mullein
cinnamon
I added orange peels

* ingredientes :
Ajo (yo le agregue 3 dientes)
Eucalipto
Cebolla roja
Pasas o jengibre
Oregano (una pisca)
Gordolobo
Canela
Yo le agregue cascara de naranja

You can sweeten with honey or natural sugar

This is supposed to boost your immune system and help with all the phlegm stuck in your bronchioles.

I hope this is of some help!
¡Espero que esto sea de ayuda!

NOTE/NOTA:
Bring to a boil and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
* Hervir y deja reposar por 15 minutos.

Milagros Ruiz Bello
Drum Guardian & Song Carrier

On Friday night, we invite you to gather in an unforgettable evening of sound, story, movement, and community connection. This is your invitation to step into a circle of wellness where new friends meet golden ones, artists and healers share their gifts, and the rhythm of Big Bear welcomes you home to the mountains.
@tolyfamilia

The night opens with a powerful offering of Song, encouraging guests to awaken their voice, open their expression, and step into the weekend with clarity and courage. All welcome!

Community Soundbath with Drum Healing Drawing from the spirit of Rosie’s special and cherished soundbath gatherings, guests will be invited to lie back, breathe deeply, and experience a soothing immersion of vibration and resonance. We are honored to welcome Milagros, known for her transformative drum healing sessions in Big Bear Lake. Her offering brings grounding, ancestral rhythm, and heart‑opening energy to the evening. Expect deep drum resonance, intuitive guidance, and a communal experience that connects you to land, lineage, and your own inner voice.
Ecstatic Dance Moments Let the rhythm take you. Whether you sway gently or dance freely, this is your chance to move in a way that feels natural, joyful, and connected.
Whether you join us for Friday night only or stay for the full weekend, this gathering sets the tone for everything to come — connection, creativity, nature, lineage, and the shared joy of being together. We encourage Big Bear locals to join us for a meaningful night out.
