Third event, same corazón- Pilates at the Marina ♥️

Three events in, and every time we’re reminded why we started, to create spaces where women can move their bodies, connect, support local businesses, and simply pour back into themselves.

From the waterfront views to the music, movement, shopping, and beautiful energy, our third event was one for the books. Seeing returning faces alongside so many new ones means everything to us.

Thank you to every woman, vendor, and supporter who continues to believe in what we’re building. This community just keeps getting better.

Hot Girl Hike Session 4 — nourished by @sweettcuisine 🧡

I came across Tania’s page and immediately loved what she was doing and, even more, the mission behind it. I reached out simply because I wanted to support her and asked if we could purchase some wellness shots for our next Hot Girl Hike. At the time, she wasn’t even planning on coming.

We added her name to the flyer, and from there, something really special happened. 🥹

Her friends, family, and the @concorazon925 girls saw her name and SHOWED UP for their girl. What was supposed to be a regular Thursday night hike turned into two communities coming together to support Tania. Proof that collaboration over competition will always win.

Seeing the community she has behind her was so special. We’re so grateful we got to be a small part of it, and we cannot wait to see what’s next for Sweet T. 🧡

Our 2nd event and our 2nd SOLD OUT experience. ❤️‍🔥

Seeing so many familiar faces return and welcoming so many beautiful new women into this community meant everything to us.

What makes Con Corazón so special is that these experiences are culturally rooted and feel familiar. So many of us grew up listening to Banda, dancing to live music at family parties, and being surrounded by the sounds and traditions of our culture. 🎺

But Pilates? For many of us, that wasn’t something we grew up seeing or experiencing in our communities.

And that’s exactly why this feels so meaningful. We get to take something familiar: our music, our culture, our gente and bring it together with something that allows women to move their bodies, prioritize their wellness, and try something new in a space where they feel like they belong.

At Fresas y Fuerza, we danced to Banda, did Pilates on the ranch, supported incredible Latino & Latina-owned businesses, connected with old friends, made new ones, and gave the girls a true rancho experience.

Wellness can look like us. It can sound like us. It can feel like home.

To every woman who showed up, every vendor, sponsor, and person who helped bring this day to life: GRACIAS.

Con Corazón, siempre. ❤️ by @concorazon925
