No better feeling in the world than being a crusader. Been apart of this family since I was 14 & standing at 28 the feeling is still the same. Coaching these 3 seniors was the easiest thing in the world to do. Couldn’t ask for a better group of players & leaders to represent the school that made me who i am. Yall boys bring joy and energy to my day. 3 D1 guys that are gonna make immediate noise at the next level because they have the talent, love for the game, work ethic and belief in gods plans. Love you boy, Got yall back for life! #DeusVult taken in Bergen Catholic High School by @concreteskilltraining

Purpose Driven Training:

Concrete Training is in the business of training with a purpose. Doing fancy footwork videos and throwing the ball 50 yards on the run won’t make great football players. We teach our kids not only their positions, but the game of football itself.

Friday nights concepts were mesh and whip off the mesh. Teaching the QB’s to find their spot in the pocket without too much movement and staying grounded, lead the receiver and hit them without having to break their stride. Teaching receivers to go with speed, have a clean and close relationship in the mesh, and staying QB friendly on the arrival of the ball. Then for the whip, making it look like the same concept as the mesh then dropping our weight keeping our feet shoulder width and getting out in the opposite direction.
