I think we can all agree that going to the gym is hard. But what's even harder is staying motivated once you're there. Dig deep and you will reap the benefits 💪

One year ago, we opened our doors and welcomed all you gym junkies with open arms. It's been a wild ride, and we're so grateful to have each and every one of you as part of our community. Here's to many more years of pushing ourselves (and each other) to be the best we can be 🥳🥳🥳 by @conditionmanchester

A morning of Mat, Reformer and good company.

It was great to bring the two styles together with @mollyaepilates and @realignwithruby , and even better to have such a good group there to do it with.

Thanks to everyone who came down, got stuck in and joined us for a coffee at @deptcoffee afterwards. A pretty good way to start the day. by @conditionmanchester

We’ve loved seeing so many of you join us for Mat and Reformer Pilates, and we’ve got another morning on The Green coming up…

Join @realignwithruby on Friday 28th August, 7:45-8:30am for 45 minutes of Strength Mat Pilates - a full-body session focused on core strength, mobility, stability and controlled movement.

Everyone’s welcome. Come move with us, then stick around for a drink at @deptcoffee afterwards, included with your ticket.

Bring your own mat if you can, but we’ll have a few spares. by @conditionmanchester

We’ve done Mat Pilates. We’ve done Reformer. Now we’re bringing the two together for The Pilates Switch.

Join us Tuesday 25th August, 7:45-8:30am for a 45 minute session led by @mollyaepilates & @realignwithruby

You’ll spend 25 minutes on each - a full-body Reformer flow focused on strength, stability and control, before switching to strength-led Mat Pilates targeting the core, glutes and full body.

Two styles, two instructors and a small group of 16, a morning of movement, challenge and doing it together.

Tickets are £15, with an additional coffee at @deptcoffee included after class.

16 spaces only. Ticket link in our bio. by @conditionmanchester

Thanks to everyone who joined us. It’s been so good seeing The Green continue to be used for something a little different, especially with all the fitness classes we’ve been bringing to the space lately.

We love being able to bring people together here, work with some amazing fitness instructors and make the most of the space in a different way.

We loved this one, so we’re doing it again.

Next Barre class will be with @yo___kt another experienced & great teacher: 1st September. Ticket link in our bio. by @conditionmanchester

Out of the office and on to The Green. Our Summer Games delivered exactly what we hoped for: full commitment, questionable technique, at least one person going in far too hard on a beanbag toss.

Final standings:
1st: NEXTTECH
2nd: Unconditional Winners
3rd: Here for the 3pm Finish

Different companies, different spaces, one very loud afternoon of people who normally just nod at each other by the coffee machine. That’s the Department community with a bit of grass involved.

More big ones coming soon. Don’t just spectate from the sidelines next time.

We’re bringing the reformers outside here at The Green on Tuesday 18th August for a 45-minute session with @mollyaepilates

This one is a little different, we’ll have reformer equipment set up outdoors, so you get the full reformer experience rather than a mat session. Expect plenty of movement, strength, mobility and core work, with Molly guiding you through it all!

There are just 8 reformer spaces available, so tickets are limited.

7:45-8:30am
Reformer equipment included
Free coffee at @deptcoffee included with your ticket as always 🤍

Grab yours while there’s still a spot. by @conditionmanchester

Join @ybmoves here at The Green Friday 14th August 7.45-8.30am for a feel good Barre class that’s designed to leave you feeling stronger, energised and ready for the day.

YB creates a welcoming, supportive atmosphere, so whether it’s your first class or you’re already a Barre fan, you’ll feel right at home. Expect a full-body workout that combines strength, control and low-impact movement, with plenty of encouragement along the way.

Tickets are only £5, and you’ll also enjoy a free coffee of your choice from @dept after class.

If you have a mat, bring it along. If not, don’t worry! We’ll have a limited number available to borrow 🍃 by @conditionmanchester

Saturday was a very important day for me and for the team.

I’ve been speaking about creating a clearer identity around what we’re building, and this was the first proper step towards it.

But over the next few days, I’ll start showing you more of what happened, the women behind the team and what this new chapter represents.

The full reveal is coming next Monday 👀 by @conditionmanchester

When works starts to feel overwhelming, the right space can change everything.

Sometimes it’s not about doing more, but about creating an environment that helps you feel clearer and more in control.
