Happy 58th birthday to my brother @speech__!! 🎉🥳🎂 A true legend of Hip-Hop, but more importantly, a wonderful human being and someone I’m blessed to call a friend 🙏 It’s been an honor sharing this musical journey with you over the years, and I’m excited for everything that’s still to come. Honored to be featured in @inkandsoulmagazine. A real conversation about the music, the feeling, and the journey behind it. Grateful for the space and opportunity. Be sure to grab Issue 2 and some dope merch! #HipHop #BoomBap #HipHopCulture #Music #Writing by @configadeux
Man… this means a helluva lot 🙏🔥 My brother @speech__ sent me this from soundcheck at the @edmfolkfest yesterday, speaking on the music we create and the journey we’ve shared with the group. Six years deep and I’m forever grateful for the trust, the brotherhood and all we’ve accomplished as part of the @arresteddevelopment__ team. Seeing what we’ve created come alive on stages around the world never ceases to amaze me! Salute, Legend 🫡👑 #HipHop #HipHopCulture #HipHopProducer #BoomBap #ArrestedDevelopment by @configadeux
20 years of AUDIO CRACK! 🎂🔥 On this day in 2006, myself, Wargasms, Arsenal and C-Gully dropped this underground classic as Slept On Fam, with guests including my bro the late, great Chino XL 👑, @esteenack , @capitalathena and DZK. Big love to everyone who has been rocking with me since then. Twenty years?! Madness - it would be about to graduate college if it was a person 😂🎓 Happy Halloween, fam! 🎃 Grab a CD from my Bandcamp - link in bio 💿👊 #HipHop #Rap #BoomBap #UndergroundHipHop #HipHopMusic by @configadeux

Put me and my brother Speech into the Hotel Lobby challenge and the AI decided we’re the same height. Either he’s had one hell of a growth spurt or someone’s put me through a hot wash 🤣🤣🔥 #HotelLobbyChallenge #Quavo #Takeoff #HipHop #AIVideo by @configadeux
Really saddened to hear about UKHH legend Sway passing. I had the pleasure of meeting him a few times over the years, the first time 20 years ago now, and he was a genuinely good guy and a dope performer. Far, far too young. He was right at the forefront of UK hip-hop during one of its strongest eras and played a real part in that period when the scene was absolutely thriving. Rest in power, Sway 🙏🕊️ #Sway #SwayDaSafo #UKHipHop #UKHH #HipHop by @configadeux
30 years ago today, we lost the great Tupac Amaru Shakur. 🙏🕊️ Hard to even comprehend that it’s been three whole decades. I still remember those six days in September 1996, hoping somehow he was going to pull through. Pac was so much more than a rapper. He was a poet, an actor, a critical thinker, a revolutionary voice, a mass of contradictions and, in hindsight, almost too prophetic. He had an extraordinary ability to put anger, poverty, injustice, love, fear and vulnerability into words. His stature has only grown - and so much of what he spoke about feels even more relevant today than it did during the short time he was here. And something even many other lifelong Pac fans still don’t know - this is his actual resting place. After Pac was cremated, his family and friends gathered in Malibu with the intention of releasing his ashes into the Pacific. Only a small portion were scattered there. During the ceremony, a huge wave suddenly hit Afeni and knocked her over - something some of those present interpreted as a message from her son. Afeni ultimately kept the majority of Pac’s ashes with her. In 2002, Afeni returned to her native Lumberton, North Carolina, where she had built a home on a 56-acre property. She later had her son’s ashes buried there beneath the headstone you see in this video. For nearly 30 years, most of the world believed Pac had simply been scattered to the ocean. All that time, he had been resting quietly on his mother’s land. 30 years later, his music, his words, his influence and his spirit are still everywhere. There genuinely will never be another one. I’m glad he finally received at least a small measure of the justice he had been denied for so long. Rest easy, Pac. Life goes on… but you will never be forgotten. 🙏 1971 - 1996 #2Pac #Tupac #TupacShakur #HipHop #RIP2Pac by @configadeux

This dude Hrgovic absorbed punishment for eight entire rounds and Moses completely ran out of gas. Wild stuff - down to inexperience, poor pacing and throwing every shot trying to get him out of there. If Moses had simply paced himself, he wins that fight… massive credit to Hrgovic though - he took EVERYTHING. 🤯🥊 #Boxing #HeavyweightBoxing #Itauma #Hrgovic #ItaumaHrgovic by @configadeux
