Join me at Love Long Beach festival! I will be offering one-on-one healing sessions through Guided Body Awareness. This waterfront festival is one of my favorites. “Love Long Beach is more than music. Think beachfront yoga, immersive workshops, live art, a delicious variety of food trucks, ocean view, indigenous dancers...and a family-friendly vibe that brings all ages together.” – Jovan the Mystic Starseed.

The festival is July 18 & 19. I am working Saturday July 18th, 2:00 – 6:00 PM. It is a donation-based offering. Find me in Whole Earth Village, which is filled with practitioners offering intuitive readings, yoga, sound healing, massage, and more.

I’ll be facilitating this workshop along with Micaela Salatino on Aug 15th. We are part of the Holistic Collective, which aims to bring accessible holistic programs to our community. “What are you retreating from?” asked a family member when I told them I was going on a retreat. That’s a very good question! The retreat allowed me to have space away from my usual thoughts, patterns, habits, distractions, and obligations. It offers the chance to step back and look at the challenges I face, re-commit to my goals for myself, and feel energized. It’s difficult to see the big picture when I’m busy trying to get through a typical day. I feel fortunate to have the chance to attend these types of events with a supportive community there to help me. These have been the biggest milestones in my healing journey – really shifting my perspective and my world.
A retreat does not have to be far away, but it does need to have dedicated time and space. See my website (link in bio) for continuing resources for mindful self-awareness and healing.
