My name is Gill. After moving to Medellin, Colombia (the city of Eternal Spring) to be with my now husband I became a Virtual Assistant and Podcast Manager.

I'm a former trauma-informed primary school teacher from Ireland so spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental well-being are topics very close to my heart.

I know a lot of people are feeling a bit helpless at the moment and don't know what they can do.

These are just some ideas I have put together because to be honest I feel the same. So if you have any other suggestions I'd love to hear them so we can share among one another.

I took this quote from the amazing @courageousmarketing because it's so true.

There's so much pressure as a business owner to constantly show up!

But the most important thing is to honour where your body is today. Forget what others are doing and focus on how YOU are feeling and never force yourself.
