Ahh @liquicity 2026 was an absolute blessing.
I'm very grateful for starting this journey with @erialoswow 3 years ago and we've been going ever since!
.
It's like a "home away from home" type of by now, but our little hangout/mini festival family grows a bit each year.
Thank you all so much for making this year's edition another one I will keep close to my heart and the memories I will cherish forever.
.
Tickets for next year are already in the pocket, it's only 327 left for Liquicity 2027!
.
See you all next year. 💜🌹💜 by @conner.nb

⚫ 🧦 "Life's too short...." 🧦⚪
To find matching pairs of socks!
.
Is what one of my close friends told me years back and it got stuck with me ever since.
Too often we want things to align, to work out, to quickly get something done, but sometimes, it's not meant to be.
.
Thankfully, it's never too late try again, to look at it from a different angle and maybe, to do something different than your usual routine.
Take a different way to work, do wear that orange shirt with your purple pants (use my fashion advice with caution), trigger that grey mass in your head in a different way.
.
If you could be anything, try to be kind to whomever you meet.
You never know what their different colored socks are.
.
Be bold, you 🌟✨

🔸💠How old are you if I may ask? 22?💠🔸
.
.
Why thank you to the kind gentleman, who gave me this amazing compliment at @anytimefitnessbrunssum this Wednesday morning.
After explaining that I turned 35 last week, he said:
"Well damn, you still look good and young!"
.
Such an unexpected, but pleasant turn of events.
Looking back I've had a crazy, unbelievably good ride up to this point.
Some uncertain things will always remain and you may never know where the next step will take you, but I'm very grateful for everything that has happened and to all the amazing people surrounding me.
Who would have thought I would be able to crazy handstands like this at 35?
I sure didn't, let's see what else we can achieve!
.
Thank you all for sharing this journey together with me and for making my life a whole lotta brighter.
I appreciate each and every one of you!
.
💠🔸 Onto the next level up! 💠🔸

🔹 🟡 What happens when you try,but fail? 🟡🔹
.
.
Life sometimes be like that.
Sometimes things take time, effort, energy and more than one attempts.
Don't be discouraged, this is the same for us all, in more ways than just one.
.
Regardless of what you're trying or going through, it can help to step back, reassess, rest and simply try again.
.
May you find whatever you need to pull through, remember that motivation and discipline walk hand in hand, but first and foremost:

🟡🔹 DON'T GIVE UP 🔹🟡

🟣🔶Don't mind me, just floating with my homie🔶🟣
.
.
I remember when I started with Yoga, this particular pose, Pincha Mayurasana (yes, Gesundheit!), also known as Forearmstand or Feathered Peacock Pose was one the goals that I had set out to achieve.
I forgot how long it took, but a lot longer than expected!
.
But like so many always say, it's not about the goal, it's about the journey towards it.
I've learned that consistency, outweighs talent.
Discipline walks hand in hand with motivation and there's no goal too small you can set for yourself.
.
It never really gets any easier, but by showing up to every challenge, you will grow!
.
Now grow you fantastic human being you. 🌲✨

Finally, after my old account got hacked and a very long break, here's my first Instagram post.
Welcome family, friends and new followers!
.
My name is Conner, I live in the Netherlands and amongst other things;
🟣I work with kids 🧒
🟣I'm a Yoga Teacher (YOUSHINEYOGA) 🧘
🟣Big lover of videogames (soulslike, rpgs, roguelikes etc.) 🎮
🟣Enjoy fitness and other movement related things 💪
🟣I write lyrics, short stories and sometimes poems ✍️
🟣Currently working on a new metal endeavor together with @dimichugs 🎶
🟣Doing some side stuff for @bigjuicychugs 🎹
.
Compared to my old page, which was mostly Yoga stuff, this one will be a mix of all of the above.
Thank you so much for the follow and there will be more posts coming very soon!
