Haven’t filmed a ton the last couple days but the gains are coming. 12 pounds up from the spring. Excited to get back to work with the fellas. More to come God willing.

6 miler post work/pre ball.
-Tempo Run
-Mile 1— light jog
-Miles 2-4— up intensity (7:30/7:40ish for me rn)
-Miles 5-6– back to easier jog to finish (watch got wet after I recorded the 3 tempo miles…didn’t use it for last 2)

Nutrition has been essential recently as well🫡
