Thank you so much for theses past 3 years and the impact this team and sport has had on me as an athlete and as a human being. The biggest and hardest goodbye is to all my teammates. Through all the hard workouts and early morning lifts and practices I am so grateful that I got to spend all that time with each and everyone of you laughing and making the most of each practice. And to Coach Stack and Coach Bransby, Thank you for always believing in me and giving me chances to succeed and get better and always being there to lift me up if I ever brought myself down. I really do appreciate that.

It’s extremely hard to say goodbye to a sport and the people that I look forward to seeing everyday. Being that little bit of extra motivation to get me through the day. I’m extremely happy and thankful to have been your captain and be able to help lead this team to where it is today and I hope that it continues to grow.
