Happy it happened, sad it's over 🫶🚢🧊🫡

[Jumpscare warning for the last slide]

Titanic was an absolute blast! Thank you to everyone who came to see it!

I am so incredibly grateful for this show for so many reasons. This cast was seriously amazing and I loved putting on this show with such lovely people. To my Oreo pals, thank you for making this process so much more fun and I am really gonna miss seeing the both of you three times a week. To Tommy, Kate, and Barton, gosh you guys were such great scene partners and I had a lot of fun exploring our characters together. To the whole cast, holy shit guys. This is one of the most stacked casts I've ever been a part of and every moment of this show shined because of you all.

This show challenged me a lot: I improved as a vocalist and an actor through the entire production process and I had so much fun doing it.

Titanic is, of course, a story that is profoundly based around grief, and that brought a lot of challenges too. I faced a lot of emotions I didn't really know that I needed to and I'm thankful for that as well.

Anyways that's the post. Thank you THA by @connor_whiite

COME SEE TITANIC!! LINK IN BIO FOR TICKETS! by @connor_whiite

Shrek was SO much fun!!

I first came into auditions having no idea what to expect, and knowing nobody involved in the production, but what I experienced with Third House was incredible.

I have worked with a lot of different companies and casts, and Third House truly epitomizes "community" in every sense of the word.

I leave this show knowing I was a part of something truly great, which is a hard feeling to find.

Thank you so much to all of my newfound friends and castmates and I am so glad to have had the opportunity to work with all of you.

I will miss Duloc! 💚

Piggy out! 🐷

Super late (like literally this was a little over a month ago) but I am finally posting about Footloose. This show was my tenth with ESDP and was by far my favorite, for many reasons. Playing Willard truly was a dream come true and I am so incredibly grateful to the directors for allowing me to play one of the roles of my dreams.

But despite this being a role I've wanted to play for a long time, what made this show so much fun was the chance to perform it with some of the most amazing people I've had the blessing of meeting. I am beyond thankful for all of the folks I met this summer and for the ones I've known for a while but got to share the stage with once more.

Footloose was an incredible experience and I'm lucky to have had it.

Extra thanks to our little group of six teens for all of the lovely late-night chats and for making this show so memorable.

Love all y'all and I'm gonna miss Bomont! 🤍 by @connor_whiite

Thank you to @queerdu for supporting/organizing efforts to protest the University of Denver's invitation of hate speech to our university. I am grateful for the number of people who have expressed their anger with the university and with the new documentary from Protect Kids Colorado. by @connor_whiite

Connor posting a reel!?

Just a little thing I wrote and wanted to share :D by @connor_whiite

Twelfth Night was SUCH a fun production to be a part of.

Sir Toby Belch, a character I originally wanted nothing to do with, ended up being probably my favorite role to date. His drunkenness, his antics, and everything else made him an incredibly fun character!

But that's not really what made the production amazing. The amazing cast and crew that I'm lucky enough to call my friends are the people that made it great. Seriously. Every experience I have with these people is another incredible memory.

Thank you to everyone who came and to everyone who made the show possible! by @connor_whiite

Prom post but late because I forgot.

Was seriously such a good time and I'm so lucky to have all of the amazing incredible friends I have. From getting voted Prom Prince to performing a number from the show, it was all around an amazing time. Was fun to help put it together too!! by @connor_whiite

It feels almost impossible to fit all of this year's amazing adventures into one post, but here's some of them. From pride, Hoco, Halloween, Fall Fest, Christmas, two shows in the pandemic, Portland (twice), joining a bunch of clubs, and meeting some of my best friends, this year has seriously been one of the best. I've grown so much this year and it's been so much fun to do so much stuff and to have actually made so many amazing friends this year.

And I can't stress how fun it was to be able to be in three shows altogether this year, even though Dress Week was spent entirely on tech this semester haha and although covid threw a wrench in the cast list this fall, it was definitely a fun experience to be on the stage with Ms. Hedberg, continuing on anyways. It's incredible to see how hard everyone has worked to be able to have so many fun things without the pandemic interfering, and I'd say for the most part we succeeded.

Anyone who I have made a point to talk to this year: thank you for listening to my nonsense. I know I am insane at times and definitely sometimes antisocial but I'm grateful for every moment with all of you. It's been a blast, and I'm serious when I say that this year has probably been the best of my life so far, even through the ongoing pandemic and everything else that's been going on. Thanks for being awesome! See you in 2022! by @connor_whiite
