Friday morning check ins.

Genuinely thinking this is the best I’ve ever felt and looked yet.

Massive credits to @evolvefitnesscoaching as I wouldn’t be where I am now without the help & education you’ve provided over the last year and a half roughly.

More to come!

(I haven’t actually finished my check in for this morning so lol sorry Dylan) taken in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia by @connorackerly

Josh,

It’s been one year of having you be a part of my life and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. The memories that have been made with you in just 365 days have been some of truly the greatest experiences I could ever begin to describe.

You have shown me what it means to have a true friend. Someone that would give the coat off their back even if they would go cold. Someone that puts everything to the side for the ones they love regardless of what they have going on. A friend that you can always rely on no matter what.

Even though we may not be blood relatives, you are genuinely what I would consider my brother. You opened the door to a new part of my life. You’ve helped me through some of the toughest challenges I’ve faced in the last year and been a light in the dark when I had no idea on what the next steps would look like.

My dearest bro,

Thanks for everything and here’s to another lifetime of friendship.

High protein pancake bowl 🥞

If you love pancakes but want something a little more filling, this one is for you! A fluffy, high protein pancake bowl topped with berries, & a creamy protein drizzle.

Save this recipe for your next breakfast!

• 35g sifted plain flour
• 2g baking powder
• 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder
• 12g vanilla bean extract
• 40g egg whites
• 70g skim milk
• 12g monk fruit sweetener
• 65g high protein Greek yoghurt
• 1 banana

Method:👇🏼

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C.

2️⃣ Add the sifted flour, baking powder, protein powder, vanilla bean extract, egg whites, skim milk, monk fruit sweetener and Greek yoghurt to a bowl.

3️⃣ Mix everything together until smooth and well combined.

4️⃣ Cut up your banana, then mash it and mix it through the pancake batter.

5️⃣ Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

6️⃣ Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until cooked through.

Toppings:

• Berries
• High protein Greek yoghurt
• ½ scoop protein powder
• Sugar free maple syrup

Defrost your berries in the microwave.

For the protein drizzle, mix Greek yoghurt, ½ scoop of protein powder and sugar free maple syrup together. Use as much Greek yoghurt and maple syrup as you like depending on your preferred consistency and sweetness.

Add your toppings, pour over the protein drizzle and enjoy!

Perfect for breakfast, dessert or whenever you’re craving something sweet with a decent hit of protein 💪🏼
