One of my favorite parts was getting to hang out with the adorable puppies from @wagsandwalksnashville It was also so fun meeting so many incredible wellness brands, including @hylonashville enjoying amazing drinks from @espressoyourself_coffeeco
I love what Caitlin is building with complete lifestyle bringing together people who are passionate about health and fitness especially loved that this event welcomed everyone. Community is what it’s all about.
I can’t wait to start using their supplements to fuel my workouts at Barry’s and solidcore!
A special thank you to James, who inspired me to begin my fitness journey three years ago.

First time trying @barrys LIFT in Midtown Atlanta it was honestly such a game changer. It was also my friend @kissxmekyla first ever Barry’s class. The LIFT room has more structured sets, reps, and rest periods so you can use heavier weights and focus on good form. Today is extra special it’s my birthday AND my 50th Barry’s class! 🎂❤️

It’s crazy to think I took my first Barry’s class in December 2025 in Paris, after I somehow decided taking 9 Solidcore classes in one day was a good idea 😂. Then I walked into my first Barry’s class and instantly fell in love with the workout, the energy, and the challenge it gives!

One of the coolest parts of this journey has been getting to take Barry’s classes around the world 🌎 From Paris to Dublin, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Australia, every studio has had the same incredible energy. It’s shown me that Barry’s is about more than fitness. It’s about the people, the connections, and constantly challenging yourself to grow. 💪

Today, I’m feeling incredibly grateful for the amazing communities in Minneapolis and Salt Lake City that have welcomed, encouraged, and pushed me every step of the way. The coaches who pushed me the friends I’ve met along the journey, and everyone who has cheered me on thank you. Because of you, I’m stronger physically and mentally than I’ve ever been.

I was never a runner. When I took my first class, I could barely keep up on the treadmill. Now, 50 classes later, I’m sprinting at 12–13 mph and doing things I never thought I was capable of. It’s been one of the coolest reminders that growth happens when you keep showing up. @barrys

I am so proud of myself and the progress I have made. If you haven’t tired Barry’s yet I highly recommend it! It’s the hardest and best workout in the world❤️
