It’s official: I’m joining the incredible crew at @snytv as a #Jets pre/post game analyst, all season long.

I think back to throwing the football around in the meadowlands parking lot endlessly after games with my dad. We’d wait for traffic to clear out and have our own post game recap in the middle of a full route tree.

I eventually went off to college, with no intention of broadcasting or working in sports. That seemed like it was for dreamers. As I became more wrapped up in getting my business degree I started writing about the jets and the nfl draft. Started podcasting, tweeting. Not for money, I just loved to do it. Lived to do it.

And somehow, years later, here I am. Inside, still a kid tracking every parking lot pass he can. Replicating what he saw Keyshawn, Chrebet, Coles or Cotchery do inside the stadium. Celebrating what went right, analyzing what went wrong.

But now I get to do it with all of you, every Sunday before and after the game. I’m honored and thankful. Let’s get to work. by @connorjamesrogers
