The end.

After a graduation, national meet, and wedding in one week, I’ll finally drop the Instagram post.

So many thoughts, wants, and emotions as I end my collegiate career. There are a lot of accolades that I have accomplished, and so many more I wished I could have been apart of. Although, when you leave college and you are sitting on your comfy couch coming up with a caption, the memories, the friendship, and the love I have been given is the most amazing part. I came back for a 5th year for running, but I am leaving with so much more than just a medal or a trophy. To the people pictured and those that aren’t, you are the reason I was able to do anything at all. Wartburg College is a DECE school, but it’s the people who made it great. Thank you ❤️

But with every end, there is a new beginning… taken in Waverly, Iowa by @connorlancial

Too many memories to count. Thanks to everyone in these pictures (and others not pictured) for turning my false confidence into real confidence again. I love you all!

On Saturday, it’s Wartburg or no one. #nationalsnext

Wartburg just likes to have fun.

If you were by them at the start line that energy is palpable. We caught up with them after the big win at the Augie Interregional.

•15 Months Ago: XC All American
•9 Months Ago: Put in a boot
•6 Months Ago: First run/walk back
•4 Months Ago: 75th at XC Conference
•3 Days Ago: Went 2-6 with the boys to secure the most points scored in the 5k in school history!

Everyday is a blessing that I get to be apart of this team, and I’m grateful for my teammates and coaches for reminding me of who I am! Ready to continue trending upward, but please God don’t let me fall off. taken in University of Dubuque by @connorlancial
