I’m so proud of this team and being a part of this program for 4 years. If you would have told me at the start of this season that we made it to the state playoffs, had a record of 29-5, beat the third team in the state, have a 24 game win streak, and be district and regional champs I would have said your crazy but that is something we accomplished and I wouldn’t have it any other way. To my teammates, thank you for always being supportive and being there for me. Yall have no idea what that meant to me. To my coaches, thank you for believing in me even when I didn’t believe in myself and thank you for always helping and pushing me to get better. Playing through two torn hip labrum’s wasn’t easy but it was so worth it and I would do it all over again. To everyone who has impacted my career thank you for everything and I can’t wait for my next step in college ball. #29 out by @connorshockley21

Romans 10:15 “And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!’”

I don’t even know where to start when I describe this trip. We had so many ups and downs but through it all we did our best and I couldn’t have asked for more. This group is like family now, all the nights we hung out on the roof trying to learn dances or playing cards or when we had to host a church full of kids and it was chaos and like 100 degrees on the stage. There’s so much more that I cant even put on here. This experience has been life changing and I can’t thank everyone enough that helped us out. I want to leave a verse with y’all that helped me through all of the challenges, James 1:5-6 “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.” Just know that faith is not just about believing it’s trusting that he will get you through those challenges. taken in Peru by @connorshockley21
