Belfast 7/5/22 - Once in a lifetime. Having my family, friends & dancers be part of the most incredible home crowd whilst performing my first ever lead show with Lord of the Dance was something that will live me forever 🤍 Belfast was rocking! 🔥 It’s been one hell of a journey and the hard work doesn’t stop here 👊🏼

It’s hard to put into words, last night was such a special night for me and my family 🖤
It all started with my Granda, a man who taught us about work ethic and instilled great values in us all. 89 years old and still out to work at 6am every day, an inspiration to us all!
My Mum, who sacrifices herself for her children. Mum believed in me long before I ever did and convinced me to pursue my passion through the tough times. Thank you Mum!
Big thanks to my whole family for the support throughout this journey, I love you all 🖤
Special mention to my incredible sister @lyns__8 who pushed me to my limit in my preparation for this monumental challenge! Proud to have been trained by you Lynsey, simply the best 💪🏻 @fitnessbyls
Congratulations to @kieranlangfit on passing the course, I’ll never forget sharing that special moment with you at the top of that mountain! ⚔️
Congratulations to my fellow recruits, you all done yourselves proud. The journey wouldn’t have been the same without you, only we understand what we went through together!
Thanks to everyone for all your support and messages, it means a lot to me, I’m totally overwhelmed!

🎶 “There was always a bit of music in the house” 🎶
Today, on his birthday, we pay tribute to the legend, our greatest inspiration - our late Granda Joe Crilly 💚 He paved the way for all of us and his lessons will stay with us forever.

This precious footage is from the RTE Documentary Series “Rising Steps - Swansong” about Festival Irish Dancing which followed my wonderful sister Lauren @lozsmyth3 as she prepared for the 2000 Ulster Championships.

Two weeks ago, I took my final bow with Lord of the Dance, closing an unforgettable chapter of my life. For the past 11 years, I’ve had the privilege of performing around the globe with some of the most hardworking and talented people I’ve ever known, I’ve made friends for life and I’ve had an absolute blast! 🥳 I’m really going to miss performing with you all…nothing will ever beat the buzz of the live stage! 🕺
Reflecting on my journey I’m so grateful for the opportunities this show has given me and for how it pushed me to achieve more than I ever thought was possible 💀
Special thanks to @michaelflatleyofficial and everyone at Lord of the Dance over the years for shaping my journey and making it possible for me to live my dream 🙏🏼
Dreamt it. Lived it. Loved it! 🏴‍☠️

GO FOR IT… and never forget, it’s your dream, not anyone else’s. Don’t let the fear of failing hold you back, use that fear as the fuel that drives you forward 🚀
