When the character you create in your head comes to life…! 💫

It’s been about a year since launching the preschool show “Hey Tenny!” on YouTube— and now you can stream it on Amazon Prime Video…! Wowza.

A whirlwind of a journey— which started from getting inspo from myself as a kid and my career in broadcast news. 🎤 And then being on set with an ever-growing belly..!🤰🏻😅

Grateful to our small team and crew, and all the creatives who helped make this show happen— from the character development, and designing our fun microphone prop, to animating characters who dance to my choreo. 😆 Thank you. A collaborative effort for sure.

And shoutout to the talented @heyhollysantiago who can sing and dance— AND run from a T-Rex. 🦖

I’ll forever love being their mama! 😍🥹

It’s been 10 years since I lost my own mama, and the grief hits differently now that I am a mother myself. (And this year, the first time being a mom of two!) I miss feeling loved by my mom as I fiercely love my own children. Some days it hurts, some days it heals- many days it’s both at once. Everyday though living with gratitude— my littles are the best and sweetest gift. ♥️ Oh what an honor! by @connstar

Here we go— 🚀 We’re over the moon..! 🌕🌙Looks like Halloween is a fun time to show off that baby bump. Yes, here’s the announcement. 🐥 😜

Keep swiping ➡️ 2025 bump- as ‘baby’ moon. 2024 took a break- as a strawberry (in Hawaii!). 2023 bump- as @aliwong (or preggo cheetah).

Circa four years ago, August 2021!
When two individuals decided to combine their lives— and build a new life together. Starting with some quality beach time in Turks and Caicos lol.

Each year wildly different, but also consistently familiar. Always something to build and work on each new year. Grateful for the bliss and blessings, including the struggles, from the past years and looking straight on to the exciting new days aheaddddd. ☀️

I tried searching for a word that holds both joy and ache. I don’t think there is one! Watching my baby grow to be this young toddler has been super fun — and at the same time, seeing how fast she’s growing up makes my heart ache a little. Like I’m trying to hold onto her tiny feet— that are only getting bigger and bigger and moving faster and faster. Lol.
A blend of joy, pride and a little bit of nostalgia (already!)— I don’t think we will ever get over this!

I think these feelings are rather more common than not— the feeling of joy and ache at the same time. Grieving someone you love, remembering my mom, Easter season, a big move, etc.
I’m realizing joy and ache coexist in many situations— and it makes each feeling more meaningful. 😮‍💨🥲
