This is the hardest post I’ve ever had to make. As some of you know I’ve been diagnosed with terminal cancer and unfortunately this was my last ever show. But getting to finish my career with such an incredible band and crew in one of my favourite all time venues has been a dream and I’m so grateful. I want to say a huge thank you to the @manics, @ravydavey , @naomifrew for bringing me on for the last few years, it’s been amazing. I’ve been so privileged to have the career I’ve had and to work with so many amazing people through the years all over the world.My take away from this is to live everyday to the fullest. Tell people you love them. Take nothing for granted and get yourself checked regularly. Fu#k Cancer by @conor_biddle_design

Conor, my world.It’s impossible to distil the last 13 years of my life into a single post. This won’t be perfect, and I won’t get everything across but here goes…After an illness of 4 months, my best friend and love of my life, Conor passed away peacefully yesterday embraced by me and our family. Conor, you were my best friend. You’ve given me the happiest, most content years of my life. Filled to the absolute brim with fun, laughter and adventure.Even writing about you in the past tense hurts so, so, so much...The hugs you gave me after long days at work. The spontaneity you brought to my life. The holidays we went on, the house we bought, the things we achieved. I’m just scratching the surface but I owe so much of my life to you.Conor was my biggest cheerleader, supported me in everything I did and encouraged me to do more of the things I loved. He was a truly special person, and together we made an incredible team. We balanced each other perfectly and were always more than the sum of our parts.Reading other people’s stories online of how much craic, how supportive, how helpful Conor just warms my heart to know he had that effect on so many others.If you’re reading this and hesitating or unsure whether to post about Conor, just do it - either publicly or privately - he’s a great man for the stories and by God there are plenty of them!Goodbye for now, Conor. What a run! Finally getting a chance to take stock after an incredible 5 night sold out run in Vicar Street.@kneecap32 are absolute legends to work with and those shows will be remembered for a long long time!This has been such a labour of love and is definitely the most in depth I've been able to get into programming with over 13,000 timecoded events and 5,000 recipes. @peadarogoill & @fainleog_ were an absolute dream team to create this show together.@ma_lighting_international @tcsupply @cue.points @syncronorm have all been invaluable tools in the programming phaseBig thanks to @session_hire_dublin for supplying all lighting and AV equipment. That’s a wrap! #radio2inthepark was a wet wet finish to a fantastic summer. Already looking forward to touring with the new @manics album! What an incredible two nights with Manic Street Preachers!Two sold out headline shows at the stunning location of Cardiff Castle.It's been great to work with @kierboyo on such a strong visual concept and its a pleasure to op beside him!Massive thanks to Mike, Lewis and all at @lightscontrolrigging for supplying our touring rig and for making us feel so welcome for our preprogramming.Our tech, Sam has made the tour so seamless and hassle free, legend of a man.Using @syncronorm Depence r3 has been a game changer and helped us get a super tight show before getting to site.Really loving @ma_lighting_international MA3 and all the new features .What can I say about the robe iForte LTX other than its absolutely incredible!!
