The come back is underway - it’s been 3 months of rebuilding with small setbacks along the way.

It’s been 14 months since I’ve been able to run to my potential as I’ve been plagued with injuries from a lack of durability and a tendency to let ego take the reigns and overtrain time and time again.

This time we’ve done it right, this time we are building something special and I’ve got my eyes set on a few races to test that fitness.

Happy 6 months my boy 🩵

You are growing up to me the most happy, giggly and beautiful big boy and I can’t wait to watch you learn to crawl, walk and talk but I have come to a realisation that I honestly just want time to slow down now because it feels like I’m going to blink and you will be Adaline’s age😢

Happy birthday my sweet baby girl❤️

Celebrating your birthday is one of the happiest and saddest days of the year for us, as it was the day that we became a family and that we got you, our kind, beautiful and loving little girl but on the other hand we miss the younger versions of you and the little quirks that you are growing out of…

Adaline Mae, it’s hard to accept that you are growing so fast but as they say - the days are long but the years are short. You are now 3 going on 18 in my eyes but while it is still cool to be your second best friend (mom first always) I will cherish my time with you and promise to always live in the moment with you as grow and experience all the new and wonderful things this world has to offer you🤍

We are so so proud of what a good big sister you are, you didn’t choose to have a sibling but you have welcomed Shepherd with grace and had an instant love and bond with him that honestly makes our hearts melt. We can’t wait to see what you to get up to as you grow up together and it makes us so happy to know our family is complete, it would be nothing without you🤍
