And so, after 19 months of purgatory, we’re back together and back flinging around our chrome babies. When we ended the Circus of Horrors tour back in March, we couldn’t have been prepared for what was to follow. However, coming back after all this time has just made the laughter even sweeter. The four of us also were invited to work on this show as writers (along with a cavalcade of very talented and warm hearted people) and that was an unbelievable honor. Thank you @redryderbbgun for being our director extraordinaire, to @emily.k.marsh , @yifreeze , and @nate_begle for being a cast of beautiful crazies, @onebradylady for joining us ready to kick bubble butt on day one and #joelhodgson for making the whole damn show. Now it’s time to throw on the puppet blacks and SHAKE EM AROUND, CAUSE IT’S OPENING NIGHT. #mst3klive by @conormcgiffin

It’s hard to explain what a musical can mean to someone, especially one not many people have heard of. It could be an afternoon’s light distraction, a high school obsession, or a dream show. This show, the First National Tour of Bullets Over Broadway, built a community. A group of people came together for 11 months and fell in love with one another, despite the one nighters. 10 years later, we’re still as excited to see each, as if we were moving into New 42 all over again (and sharing an elevator with James Earl Jones at our workplace). It was a lot of our first breaks in the business, and we grew up together. It was filled with heartbreak and catharsis and goodness and darkness, and that was just in the Hot Dog song. This silly, stupid show brought us together and continues to bind us. This night was one of those really good dreams. I love you all ❤️ by @conormcgiffin
