Impact Is the Greatest Achievement.Im very very proud of the work Kimberly has done in my Leadership Academy. Not only has she stepped up and become the leader her team needs, but she did so and drastically grew her business, created a cooperative team, and reduced stress all while increasing the bottom line.People often ask me if leaders are born or made. The truth is they’re made through overcoming the challenges in front of them and Kimberly did exactly that.But there is no such thing as success alone. Amory Brooks is an Air Force Master Sergeant who has been following Conquer Academy and listening to the Be The Leader Podcast for over 3 years. An avid student from the beginning, Amory watched several students come through Conquer Academy and graduate, having grown and surpassed their goals.Before taking the leap to further her personal and professional development, Amory struggled with feelings of self-doubt. Conquer Academy Member Highlight Luna Teodora Tenacity - Deep Dive to SuccessLuna is an Army Officer who sought to shift her dream of getting into flight school from fantasy to reality. She wanted to build meaningful relationships in her industry and become the best in a field that is male dominated.After graduating from ROTC, Luna found it difficult to connect with her classmates and coworkers. Going through medical service officer training, Luna did not want to experience the same challenges of isolation and lack of community. She knew the importance of relationships in a team, but struggled to bridge the gap between knowledge and application. Although she sought out mentors and invested in personal development books, Luna found she needed something more. She wanted to find the right mentor who would understand her military career path as well as her civilian entrepreneurship goals. Trying to work with multiple mentors for different areas of her life wasn’t yielding the results she was looking for.After finding herself on the verge of quitting her dream of flight school, Luna made the decision to invest in finding solutions to succeed. She joined Conquer Academy. Through commitment and hard work, she took control of her career and immersed herself in the program. Since joining Conquer Academy every area of her life has leveled up. CONQUER ACADEMY MEMBER HIGHLIGHT: Cole PainterBurn the boats but don’t do it alone.Cole Painter was a part owner in a sales company who took a big risk, and sold his equity to “burn the boats” and go all in on his entrepreneurial dream. He joined Conquer Academy to have a sport system and direction during a time in his life where he anticipated an increase in stress, loneliness, and some overwhelm.Additionally he knew by joining he would be part of a supportive community and he would be able to level up his leadership.With the big change in career came a big learning curve. Cole felt isolated and his thoughts were taken over with negativity. Feeling alone, he started looking for a community where he could be surrounded by people who understood what he was going through.While Cole knew that he needed help, he also realized what he didn’t want- a program that was plug and play. He wanted an active community and individualized help. Cole found Conquer Academy after hearing Jeramiah on a podcast. Once he joined, his whole life began to change.Every aspect of Cole’s life shifted. His leadership, entrepreneurship, even his life at home as a husband and father all grew. He felt more confident and competent. He completely altered the way he led and the way he viewed the people he was leading. His organizational and communication skills improved and soon his team was a well-oiled machine. No longer alone, he had buy in from his team and everyone was working together to reach their objectives.Cole’s biggest win was internal. He adjusted his perception from negative, to positive. He learned to catch himself in situations that would ordinarily cause him to start to have an obstructive view, and reframe it in a way that was constructive and optimistic.A note from Jeramiah: One of the things I notice about cole is that he has an obsession with improvement. He showed that to me when he came out to Conquer Quest. We beat everyone down, and through it all Cole continued to give his best and soak up every lesson. CONQUER ACADEMY MEMBER HIGHLIGHT: Dakota Olson. Determined to Show the World that Anything is Possible. 😤💯Dakota is a US Army Officer, who has been serving for 13 years. She also does work as a civilian in the social work field. While she was successful in her profession, she felt a bit stuck in life. After a series of difficult events following a deployment, she came to Conquer Academy to break out of the rut she was in and to start achieving her dreams.With a move and the end of a long term relationship, Dakota had to navigate a new phase in her life and decided to look for a coach. She felt as though she wasn’t moving forward the way she thought she was capable of. Though leery of internet programs, she joined Conquer Academy during a live webinar hosted by Jeramiah. Looking for community, leadership, and accountability, Dakota came into Conquer Academy raring to make big changes in her life. She set her big four goals and immediately took action to crush them. Her newfound motivation and focus helped Dakota land her dream job. She didn’t just sit back and wait for it to come to her, she took the initiative and charged forward to secure her holy grail career. On top of that massive achievement, she ran 31 miles on her 31st birthday, and completed a sprint triathlon, pushing herself well beyond her limits.Dakota is now a more confident, self-aware leader and commander now that she knows what she is capable of. Her biggest wins include a shift in her mindset, knowing that she can fail forward and still find success, and overcoming imposter syndrome. CONQUER ACADEMY MEMBER HIGHLIGHT: EJ Petterson From Average to Exceptional.EJ Petterson is a software engineer and manager who decided to join Conquer Academy because she wanted to grow as a leader and be around a team doing the same.EJ got tired of settling in a 9-5 job and chose to go from managing to leading her life.Inspired to break out of the mundane mold and set an example for her friends, family, and team, EJ jumped into Conquer Academy and got right to action. Following the coaching provided, she created a game plan for her goals that would allow her to make a bigger impact around those she led.One of EJ’s fist important goals was that she wanted to run a marathon to symbolize her commitment to being the best mom she could be for her son.She was nervous, but the purpose of the run provided the power she need to go from couch to marathon. The race was just the start. EJ committed to continuing to impact as many people as possible so she launched her podcast, and a personal training business, both of which became a success.In Conquer Academy EJ found the community and accountability she had been missing. At Conquer Quest 002, she got to meet, greet, and support fellow members in a tough, hands-on event that put leadership, survival skills, and camaraderie hand in hand.
