After leaving the UK four months ago, here’s five things we’ve learned ⬇️

1. Slowing down is not falling behind 🐌: If we don’t take the time to slow down and stop rushing, we won’t ever get clarity or perspective on where we’ve been acting or creating from. Once we stop chasing, it’s easier to create a frequency which attracts
2. Environment always influences energy 🌱: The energy of your environment communicates with you & affects your mood. Shifting it, even if it’s temporarily, will allow you to draw new inspiration, expand your mind & decompress from something that might have felt pressurised.
3. Limitations are self created 📈: Yes your environment influences, but the core source of a limitation is yourself, nothing outside of you, once you transcend a limiting belief or transform your perspective, the same environments become much easier to traverse
4. Discomfort is your best friend 🙃: If you don’t leave your comfort zone, you’re likely to feel agitated & stagnant. Every move into discomfort will invite you one step closer to the version of yourself you’re looking to embody
5. You need way less than you think to feel content 👁️: When things are forced to be simpler & you see simpler lifestyles. You realise that no material possession can compare to the qualities & experiences that the soul can possess. Less is more & the less you require the more self assured you can feel.

As we know movement is medicine. In the rising it gets your Chi flowing, wakes up your lymph, activates circulation, boosts dopamine + serotonin, regulates cortisol, and aligns your body clock with the sun 🌞This is you activating your system and releasing any stagnant energy that may be lingering.
Stagnant body = stagnant mind.
Moving body = more magnetism, creative, clear, charged, strengthened & empowered

Move when you can especially to star your rising 👁️💚

Hey people🫶 we’re Alex & Bay and we just took a big risk by leaving the UK 🇬🇧😇
It’s not forever but we were given the opportunity to take a leap into the unknown & break out of what was a comfort zone for us. It’s holding space for our business to evolve and for us to more authentically express what we came here to do! 👁️
This isn’t an escape… it’s a reshape of the space that we grow in.
If anything it’s creating the container for us to address those uncomfortable parts of our self that we often hide from.

When a seed is in the right conditions, environment and soil, all of its potential emerges for it to be in its fullest expression, and this is the same as our soul. The only difference is the seed can’t influence its environment, yet we can. 🌱

When we intuitively feel like that change is needed for our growth, we can influence where it is that we grow ✨

We’re moving to Mexico 🇲🇽 Hey people 😇 if you don’t know already, we’re Bay & Alex and together we own Solux Lifestyle.
Since our first trip travelling together to Mexico, we’ve been growing, loving and building a business together for the past two years. It’s come with a lot of learning and hurdles, but we’ve met everything with openness, resilience and with a clear intention for what we want and how we want to make an impact! 🌱

That led us to operating as a pop up health shop, with fresh food, drinks, superfoods and other wellness products - trading at regular farmers markets, selling online, doing pop up services and festivals, taking on catering bookings and more, as well as also running a few of our own events 🤞🏼

We did all of these with knowing that by the end of this year, 2025, we were going to take a leap to travel if the opportunity was there, no matter our situation. As much as we have deep love and gratitude for home and England, our life path and vision extends so much further, we came to realise that life will slowly and safely guide you where you want to go. We wanted to open ourselves up further to the aspirations we had! This of course meant letting go of a lot, as well as carving a new direction for the business. 💻

With the opportunity present we couldn’t say no to moving into this new chapter of our journey where we invite change and discomfort in, and push through our own limitations! 🫶

That’s led us to here, where we’re taking some time out of the UK 🇬🇧 exploring ourselves more deeply and evolving together. Whilst in this time, curating the space and services of Solux into a model that embodies it in its wholeness with clarity for those who find interest and value here!
Moving into 2026 our intentions & drive are strong and we have much to be shared with you! We hold much gratitude for everyone who is here with us 🌞
We trust that you share the enjoyment of this journey with us 💚
So stay tuned as we transition this space into the healing & lifestyle hub that you’ve been looking for and join the movement ✨

We both gave it a go but Bay didnt last very long 😩 the waves were too strong but we had a really fun time and always love to let that inner child come through with things like this as it really took Alex back to childhood 😅
