I was made aware of this metaphor to describe the energies of the chakras and how they make up our individual energy field. We are diluted with the energy of each in varying amounts as we navigate different experiences, they are there to change and create healing opportunities for each energy centre.

Realising the importance of Self love has been massive in shifting my direction towards personal healing. It’s very easy to not see how we neglect our own needs, our own self respect, discipline, dialogue that we deserve and require to evolve and grow. When you feel a strong social purpose, you can find yourself giving a lot of your time and energy to others without serving your own needs and this comes from a wounded place.
You are worthy and deserving, first and foremost, pouring into yourself first doesn’t neglect the need of others it actually enhances the way you show up for them.
Somewhere along the way I adopted a fragmented perception of selfishness & selflessness. Showing up for yourself before you show up for others is okay - especially if you’re in a personal chapter that requires your own self awareness, solitude and regulation for your own healing!
Self-less can lead us to become less of self if done in an unbalanced and unconscious way.

You are like a pipe for water (emotion) to flow through. And if the water becomes stagnant and doesn’t have anywhere to flow then the pipe becomes blocked and the energy isn’t being channeled how it wants to!

Focus your attention and alchemise those parts of you that are embedded in the subconscious influencing your patterns and perspectives. Negative emotions are there as a message from the soul that our thought patterns have been out of alignment, and they’ve now generated this emotion which, when we allow it don’t suppress and embrace it, it will deliver us the answer and gnosis on what has caused the separation or contraction of self - leading us to the root

This was day 16 of being on liquid only 💦 - I did go for longer than 16 but slowed down on the content 👁️
