I'm dedicating my upcoming kickboxing competition to raising much-needed funds for @luckystarssanctuaryl , an amazing haven for rescued animals who were facing the absolute worst.

And for anyone wondering if a plant-based athlete can hang in a brutal elimination bracket... I’m 12+ years animal-free and ready to throw down. Let’s make a difference together. Check the link in my bio to donate and support the sanctuary! 🥬🐾✨

👊 5:30 am 7km run, followed by skipping intervals as the sun rises.

I'm training for my upcoming kickboxing competition that I'm using to raise funds for @luckystarssanctuaryl

Why?

👊 They care for animals that most people don't, saving them from being abandoned, abused and killed, offering them a life of peace and tranquility instead.

👊 I also want to show that you can throw hands and scrap, even if you haven't eaten an animal in over 12 years.

Hopefully by raising funds and trying to lead by example I can do my very small part in creating a kinder world. by @conserving_compassion

I am entering a kickboxing competition on the 24th of May.

I am using this to raise money for @luckystarssanctuaryl (donation link in my bio) and to show that you don't need to eat animals in order to be strong enough to throw hands.

Did you know my next kickboxing competition is raising funds for an animal sanctuary? Well at least, I'm using it as a fundraiser myself.

I want to help rais funds for @luckystarssanctuaryl - they do amazing work with rescued animals who would otherwise be abandoned or killed.

I also want to show that you can enter an elimination kickboxing competition and throw hands, even if you haven't eaten any animals in over 12 years.

If you would like to support the sanctuary, check out the donation link in my bio (on Instagram of Facebook) by @conserving_compassion

I'm using my next kickboxing competition to raise funds for @luckystarssanctuaryl

This sanctuary provided homes to animals who would otherwise be abandoned or killed.

I also want to show that you can still throw hands, even if you haven't eaten an animal in over 12 years.

Yo! Did you know I am using my upcoming kickboxing competition to raise funds for an animal sanctuary?

Every year humans kill trillions of animals, but @luckystarssanctuaryl gives them a home and provides them with safety.

This is why I don't eat eggs, and this is the fate that @luckystarssanctuaryl saves animals from.

On that note, did you know my upcoming fight is raising money for this animal sanctuary?
