Hi! My name is Alivia (Liv) Melling, and I am the owner of Considering Lilies Co. I’m so happy you’re here!I recently got married in October 2025, and I enjoyed every second of planning and coordinating our wedding day. Long before that, God planted a dream in my heart to serve couples on their wedding day in whatever way He would use me for.After I began working at a luxury wedding venue my senior year of high school, my dreams were only further confirmed. Today, I can finally announce that Considering Lilies Co. day-of wedding coordination is officially an LLC and accepting new clients! Morning in my life as a day-of coordinator with a car that apparently needs fixing!😅I love to plan but you can’t always plan for everything. Occasionally, I get humbled. Jeremiah and Kristin had a wintery wedding day filled with love, joy, and celebration. When the beautiful bride, @kristin.d.york, shared their wedding day values with me, one of the things she said was that they wanted their guests to feel like guests and not working hands. Though their family and friends were extremely helpful and happy to serve the bride and groom, this value of theirs meant a lot to me. As a day-of coordinator, it is my job to let your guests be guests, and let your vendors do their jobs to the best of their abilities. Not only do I help the bride and groom stay present, I also ensure your loved ones do the same. Here’s my somewhat biased opinion:Hire a day-of coordinator so your weeks, months, and/or years of wedding planning pay off for a stress-free wedding day. Ever since high school, I’ve had a passion for hosting and serving in my work and personal life. During my senior year, I began working at a luxury wedding venue where I gained priceless experience and endless opportunities to work alongside the coordinators I now look up to most. That summer, God planted many seeds for me to continue in the wedding industry that I’ve come to adore. In my free time, you can find me cozied up with a book, watching Gilmore Girls, cooking/baking, cleaning, and spending time with my husband, friends, and family. I got married in October 2025 to the love of my life, and I enjoyed every second of planning and coordinating our wedding day.
