Please welcome Cosplay Guest @consistencycostumes ⚔️

“ I have always loved characters and costumes. Through my 10ish years of officially cosplaying, I have won best in show at Kimicon and Fanexpo. some of my favourite costumes I’ve created are from games like League of Legends, Assassin’s Creed, Mass Effect and Dark Souls 3. I work with LEDs lights foam, worbla, leather fabric and for the last few years steel. I have a particular love of historical/ fantasy settings and has lead me to historical tailoring and European armor smithing.”

I had an amazing time with the @dwarfswords crew at the @coldwatermuseum for their A Day of Knights event yesterday.

I had a chance to demonstrate harnischfechten, how a knight from the early 1400s could have been armed, chainmaille ring making and talk all things armour/armour making.

Some truly spectacular photos from @wanpansstudio

A test run of my newly finished Cuirass and I'm very pleased with how it turned out!

Who would come on an armoured walk/ jog with me?

My Hedge Knight set!
A loose Continental set base on ones from the 1360-1410. My most comfortable suit to date!
So glad that all the piece fits well, time to turn it into my colour!
